Always a solid experience at this location. Notably, the past two times I was in here Samsung specialist John helped myself and my wife out. John was incredibly helpful both times. He was able to answer any and all questions I had. Didn't feel rushed whatsoever. John is a friendly guy who clearly has a passion for his job and the product he's selling. I'll specifically seek his help out in the future.

The gentleman who was selling the Samsung products was amazing! He answered all of our questions, gave us several options of Galaxy watches and even showed us a picture of his pup when we were talking about my service dog. It is people like him that make shopping in stores worth it!

I brought my HP laptop that is older in because I was having so many storage problems and problems with the antivirus that I installed on it which was Norton was having so many problems that it was frustrating to even try and use. I don't do a lot on the laptop I can get my way around somewhat but not real computer literate but I took it in and Adam went through every possible thing for me showed me everything he did and what he could do to help me out I would give him six stars but they only give you room for five I would definitely recommend taking your laptop in to have them explain or fix any problems you have my experience was great

With the help of a great Tech by the name of Randall has took his with me and laid down knowledge regarding the TV's. I walked out with the Best TV that I could possibly have in my life. I am really happy with my purchase and I am really happy with the knowledge that he gave me about the TV's across the board. He explained things in detail where I understood what he was talking about not just a mumble jumble like others would do. I suggest that you go to him for a TV. He's off 84th and I25. Randall is awesome and I've said this before he deserves a raise and even probably more he's a great-great man; and again thank you Randall for all your time and help.

I did a pickup order and it's very efficient with arrows pointing you where to go to pick up your items. I browsed in store while I was there, and was asked if I needed any help.

Dave in appliances was so knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He took the time to show us different brands in store and looked things up online.

Had a lot of laptops, and I bought one that was a laptop and Tablet! Husband said another computer worked fine so I returned it!

Went in during Black Friday weekend and went in this weekend and had no problems getting help even though I have to track an employee down to get help but other than that no complaints.

The assistance and customer service at this Best Buy was excellent. Logan walked us from the front door and took us to the computer center and answered all our questions. We purchased a MacBook Air, and the shopping experience was very pleasant. The next day I met with Ryan Thornton for setup. Ryan made all the instructions easy to understand. He had an enthusiasm for his job that made me feel like the superior work ethic of the past is alive and well at Best Buy. I would highly recommend this store, great electronics plus exceptional friendly customer service equals happy satisfied customers.

This is a good best buy. I order and do pick up online and it's always a quick trip and the people are nice

Nothing eventful happened. We ordered online and picked it up in store. They took about 5 minutes to find it, but there was no line on the night of black Friday, and I got my product quick.

We've had unpleasant experiences at the store in the past. We don't like to hold grudges, so we went in and had a great experience. A special thank you to Bonsai , I hope I spelled her name right . She was super helpful and friendly and didn't try to push stuff we didn't want on us.

The service was great and friendly. They price match to a point. Like most places, they have restriction on who they'll match prices with.
