Lina was extremely helpful. I purchased some used rims with new tires and was given a great deal. With my purchase I also received a cleaning kit and battery charger. Would definitely recommend.

This place is pretty awesome. I have never heard of or seen a place that offered a rent-to-own option for tires and wheels, but they do here. I don't know what that entails and how easy or not it is to qualify for that, but I think it is a fantastic concept and might make it possible for more people to get the tires they need with less money required at the time of purchase. Tires are expensive! Great concept! Clean shop! Good prices! Friendly people! Edgar, Lina, and Chacho are AWESOME!

I am beyond excited and happy with how everything went. I am the type of customer that will call every day and ask a new question or ask about details that I've been told a hundred times before, with that being said, no matter how many times I called and no matter how annoying I felt like I was being they were always friendly and never gave me attitude even in the slightest bit (which I tend to bring out of people). On top of all that I can't say enough about how AMAZING my truck looks, I had a permanent smile the rest of the night after picking it up from them, and every time I catch a glimpse of my truck that smile comes right back all over again, I wanted an aggressive look and that is exactly what I got, it's PERFECT (to me)! Thank you Chris and Kat especially with the tremendous help through this process and when its time for an upgrade I will definitely be coming back here.

I needed 4 tires, my front driver wheel was aboht to blow. Not sure if I would even be approved four a set of tires. When I found the Raw Wheels and Tires located at 691 Wesr 84th Ave, Thornton, CO. I walked in with my granddaughter, there was a customer ahead of me. Lina the Store Manager, greated me with a smile, made me feel welcome and said she will be roght with me. After a short wait she looked at my tires, seeing the picture and a spare on my SUV, she begin to tell me about the deals and tires she had available. I choose the winter tire set, I filled out the application, Lina asked if she could walk my granddaughter over to Dairy Queen to buy her a ice cream of course being 4 years old, she was willing to go. I was so impressed that Lina would take time out of her busy schedule to do such a kind and nice thing. After returning from getting ice cream Lina finished up the paperwork and told me it should not take long for the Installation to install the tires. I was so happy with my tires, and pay agreement. I received a voucher for Pep Boys to do a front wheel alignment. I also received a very nice gift from Lina it's a battery charger, charging ports for all phone, flash light. I also received wheel cleaner, along with a Warrant that covers all for tires. Lina the Store Manager was Professional, kind, empathetic and patient. The Installers worked fast and did an excellent job. A special thanks to Edgar for putting my spare back Under my car. I would recommend Raw Wheels and Tires to anyone thats looking for excellent customer service and Great tire deals.

Service was awesome, Lina the manager was very helpful, vocal about different types of options, and definitely took care of all of my needs when purchasing my new custom set of 20 inch tires. She made the experience very pleasant and made me a lifetime customer happy to comeback too the 84th location for any further purchases!

Great place to shop. I got approved with in a few hours, The manager Lena was great, she helped me the whole way through, to working with my budget, to finding me the right set of wheels for my vehicle, the installation was great. Very clean place inside and out.
