Fantastic products backed up by great customer service. Purchased their Malone jacket from Confluence Kayak. Stopped by the FlyLow office for a warranty repair today. Their staff wasn’t satisfied with the quick fix so they let me pick from 6 different colors of similar jackets as a replacement. I’ll be a loyal customer going forward and stoked to use this new Quantum jacket.

I use their lobster gloves as well. Top notch and 1/3 the price of Hestra

Great product and even better service. I have worn their genius jack all over the world. I ordered a jacket and it was a lemon. Obviously I was sad but the staff there went above and beyond to help me warrantee the jacket. Seriously amazing people over there!

Great customer service. Foxy bibs are "foxy" but get the siren bibs if you live in the soggy PNW and need water protection equivalent to 3 layer gore-tex

Their gear is good but outrageously priced. I bought some baker bibs just 2 months or so ago and are currently over 100 dollars less than what I paid for and even more colors and sizes are available for a much cheaper price. As I'm writing this review, those same bibs are only 172 dollars from their normal 430 dollar price. I personally find it to be scummy business practice to hyper inflate your pricing and then when sales are slow, to slash prices enormously (60%). I recommend only purchasing these at a 60% discount, since that's what it seems their true value is near.

I cant say I would purchase gear from this company ever again for the above reason alone. Especially when I was told this was the lowest price theyre going to be offering since their moving on to the next seasons styles/gear.
