Sugarfire Smoke House

Decided to grab some lunch and was very surprised how great their turkey, pork & sides tasted. Top quality meat. Delicious Turkey!! In addition to the food…the restaurant has an indoor / outdoor garage door that raised some excitement to the bar. Dope Spot!! Full bar!!!

We were trying to find a place we haven't tried yet. I'm so glad we found this spot. When you walk in the door, the smell immediately hits you... and you KNOW it's gonna be good. You walk up to the counter to order. Quick n easy. They have a cooler of local canned brews I haven't seen elsewhere, so that was cool. They also have a full bar in the middle of the restaurant. My hubby tended to our food order & I went straight to the bar to see what concoctions they had to offer. The bartender, Liz, was super nice & has created their specialty cocktail menu herself. I'm highly impressed. I had the Apple Bottom Jeans. It was salted caramel vodka, Crown Apple, rhubarb bitters, apple juice & stem cider with a salted caramel pecan rim. Wow. It was amazing. Their whole specialty cocktail menu is unique & everything looked so good!! Fairly priced too. I had the double decker portobello sammich with a side of charred Brussels in a sweet chili sauce. Hubby had the Big Mud sammich. It was all delicious & decently priced. Huge portions too. I love that they have unique flavorful veggie options at a BBQ joint. Kudos. We'll definitely be back when up this way...

I MUST admit, this food was SO MUCH better than I expected. Born and raised in a food capital and being a culinary student my love for food hits different. The meats were so tender and juicy. The mac and cheese was pretty good. The homemade sauces were mind blowing! I cant remember thr name of the one I like most but it was the perfect flavor of spice with a hint of sweet. Price efficient and well worthy. The desserts looked amazing also.

Very good BBQ and the burger that my wife had was so good that she talked to the cook about how well it was cooked to her exact specifications...and she has never done that. Having locally made soda's were a welcome treat as well, instead of the mainstream Pepsi/Coke products. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. We will go back for more.

I'm from Las Vegas and my husband was out here for work. We stopped here because it was nearby the hotel. We tried all their meats - I liked everything. Their white BBQ sauce was my favorite. We got their Brussel sprouts and brisket Mac and cheese and loved those too. Their sodas are from the rocky mountain soda company, which was a nice change from typical pepsi or coke.

The flavors are bomb and the service is fast. It's definitely worth a try!

Coming from someone who doesn't eat meat very often, this place makes me want to eat meat every day! Dear LAWD, the food was amazing!! I ordered delivery and can't remember the name of what I got but it came with a variety of different meats and two sides. It was kind of pricey but when I got my order, the portion sizes are completely worth it. I didn't want a soda but it also was included in the price, so I went with the ginger beer. I dont know where this soda comes from but it was by far the best ginger beer I have ever had. The cornbread was divine 😋 my only complaint is that I like a hearty potato salad and theirs has way to much celery in it. It wasn't bad, just wasn't what I was looking for. Will definitely recommend!
Also the order was ready SUPER quick!

Love Sugarfire. We first went learned about it in St. Louis, and looked to see if we there were any in Colorado. We had to come and it didn't disappoint. We love the environment. It feels like going to a brewery with the outside and games, but a BBQ spot. The food was delicious and we'd go back.

Sugarfire is always amazing. They have such tender meat, delicious sides, and boozy shakes! I was sad to leave St. Louis but so happy to find out they have a location in Colorado! I hope they open more locations, so I don't have to drive an hour roundtrip but for now it's absolutely worth it. I always get that St. Louie Sweet BBQ sauce to put on everything! Pictured we got the pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw topped on it, a brisket cheesesteak, two sides of mac n cheese, and an orange soda! Can't wait to come back and get some ribs!!

This is not your standard bbq place. They really make some unique dishes, including a brisket dip that is melt in your mouth tender and delicious. I loved the Samoa girl scout cookie shake with coconut rum. Tons of BBQ sauce options, including a white sauce and a coffee based sauce.

I’m from St. Louis and always eat at the Sugarfire near me. This meets all my expectations! Great meat, sides, pickles, extras, sauce, soda… perfection ! So glad they opened one here!

Hidden gem!! Perfect brisket!! Hashbrown casserole is amaz-zing and of course the fried okra is yum-yum for my tum-tum! Bring your appetite!!

My wife and I ate here because we went to a Westminster Chamber happy hour to help promote the SugarFire smoke House. They had a little social Mixer at the bar and the beer selection was very good… And we couldn’t help but order food because it smells so good inside the building. I ordered the brisket sandwich, beans, coleslaw, potato salad in the relish mix, my wife had a chop beef sandwich and beans. The meat and beans were the best I’ve tasted in a long time, we met Liz, the manager and she asked our meal was. We also tried the Keylime pie which was delicious. We are going to go back for another round later.

Really good BBQ served on butcher paper with pickles and peppers and white bread and nice selection of sauces.

Everything was delicious. The ribs were on point. The hash brown casserole was the best I have ever had. Service was fast. The lady behind the counter was helpful.

We have been waiting for Sugarfire and it was all we hoped for.

We all tried a little of everything. The Mac and cheese was a surprise favorite. Not to undersell the meat, which was amazing. Ribs, brisket, pulled pork and the salmon were top notch. The ribs might be my favorite, I hate to commit without further testing.

Great staff and a great atmosphere.
I am looking forward to heading back.

Decided to try the BBQ joint (Sugarfire) next to my hotel, boy was I in for a treat! Having grown up a stones throw from Kansas City I have a pretty high bar for BBQ and Sugarfire Smoke House did not disappoint. I had the Big Muddy sandwich which was excellent and they've got more sides than you can shake a stick at! The bar also had a pretty good beer and cider selection. Work will send me back that way in a few months and I will definitely be going back!

I absolutely love this place. I went to the downtown St. Louis location and this place is just as amazing. I got the Meat Daddy and it's perfect for two people looking to tear up a great BBQ sampler. Restaurant is extremely clean and has a full bar. 5+ BBQ choices that are all extremely unique! Highly recommend.

It’s hard to find good BBQ out here, but I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor and tenderness of the meat. In addition I really loved the baked beans. I for sure give this place a recommend . It was great.

Ribs are always absolute perfection with a slight bark and a juicy tenderness that you won’t find many places. You have to get the “meat daddy” plate and taste all the meats. Sides are plentiful and complement the meats well. Wide range of sauces from multiple regions to satisfy everyone. They brought their St. Louis joint to CO and it absolutely lives up to hype.

I always stop here when the time allows. Fresh, well-smoked meats, awesome sides, and friendly staff. Put it in your mouth...you'll be back.
