Sleep Number

I stopped into this location and met Angel a little while ago. I was hoping to get a new mattress, however the price was a little above my budget. I called in during Black Friday and Angel remembered me. He and Thomas were able to make this happen. I am so grateful. I cannot wait for the delivery. I have had sleep number mattress since 2005 and loved it. Thank you Angel and Thomas for helping make my future sleep even better. Your kindness and help were truly appreciated. If you are looking for the right location and people to work with on your new mattress - run don’t walk and ask for Angel or Thomas you won’t be sorry.

Great experience! Tom was very very helpful. He took his time with all of my questions, explained everything, and really help me to understand the ins and outs of my Sleep Number bed purchase. I can’t wait for my bed to be delivered, and I would happily refer Tom to anyone who is looking for Sleep Number bed. I could not have been happier with the service.

Mike Birch was a pleasure to work with! Took 2 visits over 2 weekends to make a decision. The follow up phone calls felt a little annoying during the process, but it’s also these phone calls that brought us back the next weekend. So can’t hate on it too much. Thomas helped up with our first sleep number bed purchase! He made the whole experience super comfortable…..talked about ALL the options and not just the most expensive ones! Listened to our wants and needs and even described his own personal experience with the beds that made us feel like this person was genuine in his descriptions of this kind of commitment to a piece of furniture that is needed by everyone. Thank you Thomas for the conversation, understanding….and easy process!

Everyone that works here is exceptionally nice, and they go above and beyond, and out of their way to assist ALL customers. We've had the pleasure of being waited on by Angel and another coworker. Even after you purchase your Sleep Number, they still treat you like you're in there to buy a bed for the first time. We purchased our bed several years back, but still go in for sheets and bedding, and other things for our Sleep Number. This particular location has top notch customer service, and I highly recommend the Sleep Number bed and this location!

Thomas Sparks was there from the start to show us everything they had to offer. He was patient with our questions and was very knowledgeable in all equipment and explained things to where we understood everything. He never talked down to us or pressured into anything. He gave us plenty of time to try any and all beds we wanted. He got us discounts and we had a great experience.

What a great experience!! I had no idea I had that much pressure on my hips when I lay down. No wonder I can't get any sleep. Can't wait until I get my new bed. It felt so good laying down in the store. I didn't want to get up. Thanks again Thomas Sparks !!

My boyfriend and I have been looking for a new mattress for a couple weeks now and stopped into the store. The sales guy Angel that we talked to was amazing. He really wasn't a "sales" guy and made us feel very comfortable. He gave us time to talk and feel out the beds without any pressure. I would recommend anyone go look at a sleep number even if you aren't going to buy one because the experience is great! We ended up walking out with a great bed! Thank you Angel!

The sales agent, Gabe was fantastic. He really took the time to work with us to find the right option for us. He was friendly and very informative. We had a great experience and ultimately ended up purchasing our new bed with them. I would highly recommend this location, and especially Gabe! Thank you!

I've owned a sleep number for over 20 years. It was time for an upgrade so we popped into a store and met with the salesman, Gabe. He was wonderful to work with and made our purchase so easy! If you haven't tried a sleep number, you must try it! They are amazing beds.

The staff was knowledgeable, and kind! They made buying a bed a pleasure!

We had an amazing experience at the Sleep Number Retail store in Northglenn, CO with Angel.
We went in, not planning to purchase a mattress but test them out and ended up purchasing one same day.

Angel found our Sleep Number’s in the store and we tested out the different mattresses with our numbers, he explained about the different beds, and the different bases. We didn’t feel pressured at all to buy same day. Angel was amazing and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy!

Will update review once we receive our bed and have slept on the actual mattress.

What a wonderful experience. My salesman was very knowledgeable he explained the difference between all the styles of the sleep number beds. I picked out the one that would help me the best. I’m looking forward to a good nights rest!

My daughter and I had the greatest shopping experience "shopping on our backs." Unbelieveable! I have ostearthritis and have been sleeping in my recliner for yrs. The staff at Sleep Number are awesome...we were given the opportuinty to feel all the options and then some,comforming to our body. The bed sold me...Diane, Rob and Tom were very knowledgeable, great in answering our questions, wisdom from their own experiences.

I am now a grateful owner of a Sleep Number Mattress.

Diana did such an amazing job on the difference between beds. She didn't pressure sales us. Just educated us and we made the decision on our bed. Also, she was patent with us as well. We were in the store for 3 hours trying to decide. Great story and customer service!

Diana and Thomas were most helpful and enjoyable to work with. They were very knowledgeable and knew their product. We were really happy that we chose their location over all locations to choose from. More than happy to leave 5 stars, would leave more if it was an option. Our new sleep number bed got delivered today so we have not slept on it yet. This review is primarily for our sales person and delivery team. Our sales person Amaury was great- super informative and knowledgeable, and patient with our daughter. I will agree that the visit to the store will take some time - but there is a lot to go over and try out. It's not the standard mattress and they all have different features.

I really wanted to review on the delivery guys - Justin and Evain (I believe that was his name). They were awesome! They were fast, explained everything to me, careful of my pets in the home (we have a rescue dog who is afraid of everything), wore shoe covers and we're super friendly!!

Angel was amazing! He wasn’t pushy or annoying about being a salesman. He answered every question and went above and beyond. He helped me find the perfect bed and was very patient.

Tom was great at explaining all the different levels of Sleep Number beds. He went over all the features and benefits of each bed and how each need could be beneficial for us. Id definitely recommend the Sleep Number Store.
