Denver Public Library: Ross-Broadway Branch Library

This has been our go to library for the past several years and we have found the staff to be very kind and helpful. It is housed in a smaller historical building with a 50s mid-century vibe far more cozy and less sterile than the newer built branch libraries. There is a generous sized parking lot which is helpful if you want to pop in and out to pick up holds. About a third of the library is dedicated for children and teens with its own computer. It's a small branch library for sure with limited space to house books so I wouldn't go in expecting to do a ton of browsing. Due to the proximity to Broadway there can be transient folks at this location but I find that they are respectful while in the building. I've also found that the staff understand that the library is for everyone's enjoyment and do a good job maintaining a pleasant environment.

The staff here at this location are so helpful, knowledgeable, polite. They are always cheerful. Being new in the neighborhood as well as waiting on my computer to be delivered this branch had been a Godsend for me. All around every time I have come had been a good experience. This is my favorite library!!
So don’t be fooled by the review under mine. That person must of been having a bad day themselves or not following the rules. I have been spending a lot of time ( pretty much daily) and have not had or seen any spoke of in his review. Quite the opposite. Thank you Logan staff for all you do! I sure appreciate it!

This is our community library and it's such a great resource for me and my small children. They have great story times and sing alongs. I love that my kids see how diverse their community is and that everyone deserves a comfortable space to enjoy the books. I think renovations for more space are coming.

Other than the Central Library Branch (which isn't in full operation) I love this branch. EVERYONE is very helpful and friendly. Even the building itself is lovely (inside).

I go every week to pick up holds I have ordered from various sources. The staff is more than friendly, welcoming me into the community space which provides a lot for families and kids. I wish funding were available to maintain the grounds of the historical building, but you can't have everything! I very much appreciate the staff's warmth and helpfulness.

TBH this library is so small and I normally dislike that since less space means more contact between persons but most people here seem to be pretty polite .

I’ve been going to this branch for decades. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The selection is relatively small, but it is high quality. Any books not available can be requested from other branches. And the small size means no crowds or waiting in line.

This is my neighborhood library, even though I don't live quite in the neighborhood. The staff are all friendly and very helpful, and with the current Covid restraints are especially welcoming when I reserve and pick up a book order. The building itself is a priceless midcentury gem by a renowned Denver architect.

We love this library so much. They were wonderful during Covid-providing great selections of books for our kiddos plus art projects that were much appreciated. So grateful for your staff!

I've been going to the Ross-Broadway branch for years. It's so easy to order online and the book is loaned to you as an ebook or an audio book. I love audio books, I can get tasks done around the house and listen to the book at the same time.

With the virus they have so many books and online events it wonderful. Go check them out.

Friendly, helpful staff. Almost always open and accessable. Can get busy. Quaint, cozy and somewhat quiet.
