Shoutout to Alexa, Ken, Josh, and another lady (I'm absolutely terrible with names) who helped me. I had really been turned off by other mattress stores in the area, and they gave me the space and freedom to try different mattresses, and when I did have questions they were there to help. Everyone was incredibly knowledgeable, and I appreciate the effort they made to make sure my mattress was delivered by getting all the various insurance paperwork that my building required for the delivery. Y'all are great, and I'm already raving to my friends about the wonderful experience.

Months later I still LOVE my mattress. I’m a side sleeper and I never wake up with a bad shoulder since switching. My experience was immaculate from store to delivery and never once did I feel pressured to buy anything and wasn’t harassed afterwards like the big mattress companies do. So happy I decided to invest in a high quality mattress and even happier to have shopped local.

This was the last of 5 mattress stores that we went to. We were exhausted and were pretty sure we'd already found the mattress we wanted. Within 10 minutes of being in Urban Mattress, we knew that we liked it and its mattresses better than the other stores. The staff are friendly and helpful. We got the Silver Lake (firm) and it has been wonderful.

The overall experience from selecting the mattress to the delivery was fantastic. Everyone from the sales team to the delivery driver were professional, friendly, and they delivered as promised. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a quality mattress at a good price.

Just took delivery of a bloom dahlia mattress, it's just as comfortable as in-store. Sales associates were attentive but low pressure. All around great experience and product.

wow, we had an awesome experience from instore, delivery of mattress and everything. Josh Chudyk was our sales person, he was very helpful, great listener and truly nice to work with. Not a pushy sales person and truly cared for us "the customer" -- it was a pleasure working with him. Highly suggest working with Josh-- the pillows and mattress are great as well:)

My husband and I had a great experience at Urban Mattress. We spent a good couple hours in the store and appreciated the knowledge and attentiveness of the sales reps but never felt any pressure to make a purchase. We were looking at several beds ranging in price points and never felt pushed toward the higher end. We now have been sleeping on our new mattress for just over a month and our sleep quality has greatly approved. Overall it was a great experience and would highly recommend checking out Urban Mattress!

Purchased a box spring & mattress today from your Boulder store. First spoke to Josh over the phone about their beddings quality. He informed me I was close to the Boulder store & should ask for Lexi. She was wonderfully knowledgeable & willing to help me find the right set. Our trip yesterday to Urban Mattress was among the best shopping/customer service experiences I've ever had. I've worked in customer service for more than 30 years, so I have high standards.

Jon Branch was knowledgeable, informative, professional and congenial. My girlfriend and I had some specific wants and needs and no mattress-buying experience. We were initially apprehensive, but Jon listened to us and was able to answer our questions without pressuring us, or using hard-sell sales techniques. He offered a selection of viable mattress options, as well as price ranges. He intuitively knew when to assist us and when to leave us to discuss and make decisions on our own.

I also appreciate that UM is a local family-owned company I try to shop locally and support small independent businesses whenever possible and avoid giving my money to big-box chains with no vested interest in my community or politics. Additionally, UM gives a part of their proceeds to local charities and carries environmentally-friendly products.

Before I shopped, I researched many Denver mattress companies. After all the false sales and misleading information from many of those companies, I found Urban Mattress to offer competitive prices, higher quality non-toxic products, and fast, free delivery and pick-up/disposal of old mattresses.

Urban Mattress lives up to its Colorado roots with one of the most dynamic selections, a clean and calm show room environment, and free and efficient delivery. I ended up upgrading my mattress after learning more about the design, which was no issue. The staff is very knowledgeable and don't be afraid to ask a lot of questions. Really easy to talk to and work with, and yes the Acadia mattress is really nice for the price. Individualized coils, nice foam and bamboo finish. Plus their commitment to donating proceeds from every mattress to support the greater Denver community is awesome work that illustrates their love for the city.

Such a great experience! The showroom was clean and inviting, and their customer service was wonderful! Ethan was very knowledgable and helpful, without being pushy or gimmicky. We were given plenty of time to check out different options and find the perfect bed for our needs! If you’re putting off buying a new mattress because you don’t want to deal with the hassle, skip the other shops and visit Urban Mattress. They made this SO painless, I wish we had gone sooner!

After having two mattresses from another local company fail after just a few years, I was fairly desperate to find the perfect mattress and get a good night's sleep. My thought was to work my way down S. Colorado Blvd. to try every mattress in my price range at every store (I think there are seven within a mile) until I found one I could both afford and be happy with. Urban Mattress in the Belcaro Center was my second and last stop.

First off, there was zero sales interference or pressure. This was the most low-key shopping experience of my life. Jon, however, was stealthily eavesdropping on my conversation with my husband, and when the moment was right, he casually said, "I think you need to try that mattress up front. I'm pretty sure that's what you're looking for." He was absolutely right. Jon worked within our budget, answered our many questions directly and honestly and in such a friendly way, I felt one-hundred-percent comfortable committing to my purchase right then and there.

We've had our new bed, The Highland, for just over two months, and so far, we love it. I have truly never slept better. We're thrilled with the 100 nights to try it out option, and the bed came with an excellent warranty that is unlike anything we've ever seen for a mattress. All around, purchasing our new bed from Urban Mattress was an exceptional experience.

My fiancee and I browsed mattress stores up and down Colorado Blvd and we had the best experience at Urban Mattress. We haven't actually received the mattress yet. It's scheduled for delivery later this week, but I think it's worth mentioning that so far we have been very pleased. Friendliness and customer service aside, we actually liked the mattresses at Urban Mattress more than any other store. I plan to update this review after the mattress delivery. Provided it's the same as the one we tried in the store, the 5 star rating will remain.

Update: We've had the mattress for a few weeks now and love it! The delivery was on time. The delivery guys were fast and careful. The bed is exactly what we wanted.

Update 5/8/18 - We were not super happy with the mattress that we ended up buying. It felt too hard for our taste. We talked to Urban Mattress after about 30 days and they encouraged us to try it for a while longer. At about 80 days, we decided we still did not like this mattress. Urban Mattress made it easy to exchange the mattress and we are very happy with our new one.

This was hands down one of the best shopping experiences my husband and I have ever had, period. We walked and the owner Ethan introduced himself to us and assessed what we were looking for. He helped us find exactly what we were wanting and within our budget in under 30 minutes. Absolutely zero pressure and answered all of our questions. We left feeling very confident in our choice and very excited to be sleeping on our new mattress after it's delivered at no charge and our old mattress is hauled away, also no charge. I highly recommend Denver Urban Mattress!

My husband and I had a great experience at Urban Mattress today. Jonny was very attentive to our needs and was able to explain the differences in each mattress. He didn't pressure us to buy but when we did, he helped us snag a great deal on a mattress for our room and a guest room. We're so happy we went to Urban Mattress- the laid back attitude but quality product was excellent for us! We love that we're supporting local business as well!

We walked into Urban Mattress not knowing anything about the place. They had a $299 deal on the window for a Queen mattress and we thought it was too good to be true. Low and behold, it indeed was true. We were greeted by a man named Stephen who was very informative about the brand and the company behind it. Turns out, all employees at Urban Mattress are salaried, so they are not trying to sell you a mattress you can't afford just so that they can get a commission. Another great selling-point is that when you buy a mattress, you can choose a charity to send some of the sale to.

Needless to say, we felt more than comfortable buying a mattress from here. We ended up buying a Queen mattress that was more than the $299 deal, and it still was at a VERY AFFORDABLE price. As someone who just moved to Colorado, I would highly recommend this privately-owned mattress company. The experience and quality of our purchase was worth every penny.

Highly recommend! Amazing service, wonderful, knowledgeable staff and incredible products! Have purchased from this store multiple times; most recently, found a great box spring for our high-end mattress. In the past, we've purchased mattress toppers, natural fiber pillows and travel pillows specially made to our specifications. They are fantastic! Highly recommend this store and its staff!

The online reviews for Urban Mattress seemed almost too good to be true--until I dropped in at the South Colorado Boulevard store. I was given plenty of time to try out 4 different mattresses; no sales pressure.
I went back last week to select a Ravenswood Plush, and it was delivered that same afternoon. I am very satisfied with my choice, especially in this week after losing a clock hour to Daylight Saving. Thanks, Ethan.

Such a wonderful buying experience! Ethan was super easy to talk to and very accommodating when we brought our two little boys with us. The mattress we bought is amazing! We bought a mattress a few years ago from a larger chain store and we were NEVER happy with it. It’s so disappointing to spend a ton of money on something you hate and cannot return...
