Good Bread Denver

Exceptional! Everything here was just perfect. Try the lavender chocolate chip cookie for a real treat—the floral notes with the chocolate really work. The sound of breaking pastry was music to my ears when biting into the ham and gruyere croissant 🥐 . Looking forward to tasting the rest of my haul. Friendly staff and clean set up. Can’t wait to return!

Wow. Amazing bakery. The Kimchi bacon danish I ate this morning is my favorite thing I’ve eaten all year. If you like good bread and flaky croissants this is your spot. Everything I’ve tried has been top notch.

We were incredibly impressed by Good Bread. Who would have thought Denver would have such a good bakery? The name of the game here is definitely getting here early. We arrived minutes after they opened and there was already a line of about 10 people inside waiting to place their orders. More things were actively being finished/prepped/presented as we waited, and we ended up ordering a sandwich that was finished while we waited.
The pastry quality is really high, and I would suggest picking up a couple of options/varieties to experience the different flavor combinations and techniques. There are also loaves of bread available for purchase, but we didn't explore this option because we were only visiting Denver for a couple days.
There are some refrigerated drinks available for purchase and house-brewed coffee but don't expect to get a latte or anything along those lines here. There's a coffee shop across the street that can help in that department while GBD focuses on their strength - baking delicious treats.

It’s all so very tasty! The multigrain pullman loaf maybe my singular flavorful thing they bake — it’s super flavorful, it’s well baked, it’s large. The savory & sweet pastries are not to be slept on either tho — the chocolate croissant are amazing, the danishes are fun, and morning buns are a delight.

Fantastic croissants. Truly the mark of a great baker. No extra sugar or fruit to hide any imperfections. Crispy on the outside while light and buttery internally. These are a must try and I will absolutely be a regular here.

We went for pizza night. Highly recommend!! Make a reservation via a DM on their instagram. The garlic knots were to die for. The cheese pizza was amazing but next time we will order a pepperoni

Best bakery in the Capitol Hill area! They change their many often and I have yet to have a bad item. We go about once every menu change. If you see the hibiscus earl grey cruffin, it’s an absolute must!

Their doughnut dough is the perfect density and the pastry cream is not as sweet as some larger chains, letting the fruit compote really shine!

Expect a line and for items to be sold out if you don’t arrive early. They have an attached parking lot that is small, but free. If it’s a nice day out, there is also limited seating on the patio to enjoy your fresh baked treats!

Great local bakery. They got everything you need. Got the morning bun, almond croissant and a country loaf. Everything was excellent and well executed.

Some pretty good bread. Staff is always nice. There's usually a line of people when I go, but it's always gone really fast. Never there for more than 10 minutes at the busiest I've seen it so far.

I had been stalking these donuts on instagram for a few months, so when they opened their storefront, I had to go. 100% worth it. The donuts are simple yet beautiful and simply delicious. My husband would sell the shirt off his back for their ham and gruyere croissant :)

Also, the fried chicken donut... Strongly exceeded my expectations!

This bakery has done a great job creating a lot of buzz through social media (@goodbreadenver), but definitely delivering. We had the pain Au chocolate, ham&cheese croissant, powdered donut, and the baklava muffin. The croissant was really well done and I enjoyed the donut! I got there at 9 AM on a Sunday and there was a line, but it was even longer when I left. I’d expect to wait 10-15 min, but definitely worth it!

Good bread is an understatement!!!! Best bakery in Denver. Olive fougasse? Almond croissant? Squash curry danish? All outrageous. Plus this place operates out of the back of an old night lounge so that makes it feel pretty hip. We’ll be back every weekend

Happened to be driving by on a Friday morning and my son and we decided to stop in to give them a try. My son is an aspiring baker so he has pretty high standards. He gave it five stars!
Their plain croissant had a perfectly flaky shell and layers of soft goodness inside. Their ham and gruyere croissant was just as good!

Amazing little local bakery hidden in an unsuspecting location. After my first visit I understand why people line up for their goods! Delicious croissants and doughnuts. The Cruffins are a must try!
Next time I’ll go earlier to make sure I get the flavors I want but not a bit disappointed with the tasty selection I got. I highly recommend the cardamom crueler

Good Bread is good. They make good fuggin bread…. Amazing in fact. Ham and Gruyère? Buy it. Eat it. Experience bliss. Morning Bun? See above. These people know what they’re doing. If you like Bakery Four on Tennyson, skip the lines and just go to Good Bread. It’s on par, if not better. I said what I said. Sue me.

Omg, the morning buns are so unbelievable delicious! Ditto for the pain au chocolate and the almond croissant. Best addition to the neighborhood!!! And the baguettes, grab one to go!

Delicious!! I tried this bakery on Thursday by pre-ordering through their website. The bagels are fantastic and I picked up a pastry while I was there. Highly recommend this little gem on Colfax. Will be going back.

I've enjoyed Good Bread's pastries/bakery counter since their inception, fantastic sweet treats, baked goods, and gorgeous loaves of bread.
When they started making pizza, I became obsessed! I highly suggest making a reservation for Thursday or Friday night pizza. Not only is the pizza great, but they have fun drinks, appetizers, and salads.
They've got a special touch.

Dare I say best pastries in Denver? The Chocolate Almond Croissant is downright sinful.

With the introduction of their new pizza menu and being just a hop, skip, and jump away from City Park. You can now pair up their Pizza Fridays with a swan boat ride for the perfect date.

Hands down the BEST pizza place in Denver. Amazing food, cozy atmosphere, the perfect place for a date night. 11/10!!!
