Awesome, just can't say enough good things about this place. The service here is just like it should, fast, efficient and they really put attention to what you need and they will try to answer all your questions. This place is a hidden gem; it's not huge dealership where they want is sales and your money. Its a smaller dealership with honest employees and great quality cars. Looks like they are very selective on what they purchase, to deliver quality to the customer. I came here because they had an older Toyota 4runner on the lot, came and saw it and they provided the carfax, the details and also were very honest on the condition of the car..... bought the vehicle that same day. I hope they keep it up and stay humble like they are now which is the key that makes them different from other places. Their car selections is great, the one I purchased was the only older car in the lot. But you can count on getting a newer used vehicle that you will not regret the purchase. Come visit these guys and i promise that you will enjoy every single step of the process; I was in and out in about 1hr total.

I may have been a little harsh in my evaluation of Blackhawk Auto. I did come down from Loveland twice to test drive the 2009 Genesis, both times there was a good reason from preventing me to do so. I just found them very difficult to communicate with, and if they will contact me I'm still interested in the Genesis.

Beware!!! I'd give zero stars if possible. They are not honest; they hid stuff about the car condition I was interested in. When trying to make a deal, the guy was the most unpolite person I have ever met, even when talking about the price they were trying to hide "rates" to make it look like a good deal.

Sold me a vehicle and it literally broke down a week later. They would not respond or offer to even pay for parts if I covered labor. Ended up having to pay and extra $3600 for headwork since they used and new radiator. Seems like they just buy auction cars and resell them without doing any mechanical work. Just wash them and clean them and hope for the best. Take your money elsewhere.

I had one of their cars looked at for a pre purchase inspection, upon returning back we let them know we had to think about it due to what needed to be done on the vehicle. They wouldn’t let me explain anything and continued to talk over me. As we left they followed us outside to continue to argue. They seem to be aggressive towards young women.

I was in and made what I feel is a fair offer on a 2007 with almost 160k on it the guy basically told me to go f myself and he doesn't discount not a great way to sell cars if you ask me but what do I know
