I have been a customer for 5 years and they have been understanding, helpful and communicative. Maybe I don't get my prescription as quick as I want everyone once in a long while, but that's in partner with my prescriber. I'm super grateful to have this pharmacy team!

No wait times fast service and polite staff

Lines are always full self check out sucks bought Beer and they asked my father for ID he is 80 years old never buying Beer from there again lost my business on that

Time after time I’m placed on hold for well over 30 minutes. I get that it’s near closing time but at least take the call when you place a person on hold and not pick up and hang up once 8pm comes along. Very unprofessional. I’ve had no problems with King Soopers pharmacy into I moved out here to Broomfield. With being a small town feel you would think they would be more polite…

Horrible. Horrible. The pharmacy will get your prescription incorrect a million times, even if you have been in to correct it a million and one times. There is no complex thinking or compassion for clients. Key word: clients. They see it as their clients jobs to manage them, not the other way around. When asked to contact my primary care to fix a mistake, once again, I get tons of push back and it ends with me managing their work, again, by calling and correcting the miscommunication between the two. Same story if there's an insurance issue. DO NOT expect them to find a solution without you being on the phone with insurance and at the store at the same time, which forces them to actually figure out the problem. Again, I am your client, not your manager. I am paying for services that I do not get. Perhaps they truly do believe their only job task is to count pills and give them to customers, who knows. Now their Pharmacy phone number won't work when I call, so there are deeper organizational issues at this King Soopers Pharmacy. Take your business elsewhere.

Wait times and filling have become excessive. The service here has that sleepy crossroads town feel... in a suburban location. The good news is that the service has finally gotten poor enough to force me to consider other locations for supplies generally and I think I'll end up saving money as a result.
