Everyone loves to hate on post offices. This is probably a location that handles packages / mail for the carriers and you're able to drop things off. I can almost guarantee that this place is under funded after that DeJoy person is cutting corners everywhere instead of properly funding an operation. My experience here was fine tho.

Ok people..I understand being upset that you can't get your postal retail needs meet here, but this location is not a retail location. Plain and simple.
It's a hub and excellent location with a terrific staff.
Don't hate these player. Hate the game.

We had a very positive experience. The young man who worked there did everything in his power to resolve our issue, providing us with way more information than any other location or the internet. We really appreciate it! He apparently just started, so if you have had a bad experience here, give it another try!

I highly recommend going to this post office. Mrs.Learion is the best here. She takes care of your packages and always on time when it come to the customer. I left addresses off packages before and she caught the mistake before taking the package. She is always the same helpful, consistent and observant. The only post office I’m going to in this area. I give her a 100 out 100…

Nothing but nice things to say so far, screw the haters! Our delivery person has always been fantastic, and they + the office fix any issues we bring up. Thank you for the fantastic service!

I had a package almost lost. I called this branch and spoke to Cory
He followed up with me that day. The next day the package showed up! Thank you USPS!!

We use this branch to drop off already paid for packages. It's super convenient! They've always been very helpful, but this isn't a regular post office so there's not much they can do beyond take packages.

They don't offer services, AND IT STRAIGHT UP SAYS SO ON THEIR BIG SIGN (maybe Google could make it better known though), but when I take my prepaid packages they scan them in front of me so I know tracking has started. They also quickly scan my packages when I schedule them to be picked up. Mail delivery is consistent with our regular carrier. They've always been helpful to me.

This is not a retail counter. This is a pick up for the local neighborhoods which I appreciate that I don't have to go to a retail post office and stand in line to get my packages, which doesn't happen often.
The staff here is nice and very helpful when you have an issue. Several times they've helped me find a lost package or pick up a package that would have otherwise been late due to the shipper.

The mail carrier, Wayne, for the Meadows at TImber Lake has gone above and beyond the call of duty. The Association just replaced the community mailboxes and to say it was a challenge would be an understatement (my fault-completely-I am the Community Manager). Wayne was patient and helpful all along. The USPS is a thankless job and these people are getting demoralized from the public and from within their own administration (DeJoy) and i just want you to know how thankful I am for their perseverance through it. Keep up the great job!!

Never had a issue here. Not sure why people are giving a 1 star becouse they have no retail service at this location. It says on the sign as you pull in NO RETAIL SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION. its a drop off location or to pick up held mail. You do have knock maybe twice loud since they are working in the back.

I haven’t received any of my mail and I’ve lived at the same address for 5 months now. The mail person keeps taking my name off my mailbox and returning everything to sender. Edit: Originally gave them one star but I finally talked to someone and they found my most recent packages and got the issue fixed and my packages delivered to my mailbox the same day. I really wish I got the girls name that I talked to because she was amazing! Thanks!

This is not a retail USPS! if you are looking for a great customer service this is not the place, because they are like a warehouse. When i had things to drop off or pick up they are extremely helpful, as long as i show up at the place. They won't answer their phone as i am sure they are understaffed and busy. Other than that, i have no complaints.
