Metro Express Car Wash

I have been to other car washes, normally the vacuum and mat washers are extra $$$. This place doesn’t charge a penny for that. I spoke to gentleman before I washed my vehicle if I could use the vacuums before I washed my car, so I did. When I need to turn car back on, my battery was dead. The same gentleman (Rudy) helped me out and found that one of my battery leads was loose, he fixed and offered me a free wash. I tried to give him a tip but he said that it would mean a lot to him if I could give feedback of my experience. This far, very happy joyful people, smiles and lights in the tunnel are awesome. Free towels all day! Big shout out to Rudy and Thomas the rest of members.

Love Metro Car Wash. Today was an exceptionally pleasant experience, Nick G. Checked in on me to see how my experience was going and what he could do to makes things better. I appreciate the free towels and vacuums. Always excellent customer service and I love how my car looks when I leave the wash. Today I spent extra time hand drying my car but I learned it is a service offered at the wash now. I’ll be back to try it!

Recently upgraded to the 50 package. With the upgraded wash and polish. Let me tell you in the winter it goes a long way. Look how amazing my car looks even after the snow melts.

I love this car wash. It does a more thorough cleaning than other car washes. Even washes the undercarriage. They have the towels that I need and good vacuums, people are friendly and helpful. At other washes, I had to clean and touch up where the brushes missed, not at this place. Thorough cleaning every time means I have to do almost nothing except vacuum once it comes out of the wash. Highly recommend this place!

I’ve been here only a couple times but this car wash is awesome. Everyone is so nice and helpful especially Nick P. He made sure I got the right wash for my dirty car and it looks amazing.

We had a fantastic car wash here; fast clean, and super helpful attendants. Special shout out to Reyes for helping me out when I was unable to find my cards, kids in the car… we’ve all been there. Will def. Return!

$20 a month for a membership and you can come as many times as you’d like

Only complaint is that cars are riding too closely for my taste, makes me a little nervous especially since there was already a bump last month *cringe*

Holy cow my car came out pretty darn clean. And they have good vacuums and plenty of towels to wipe down cracks and inside. And a sink with hose and spray Nozle attachment for spraying down mats!

Came to get my car washed didn’t have my wallet and they don’t have Apple Pay thought I was going home without a car wash and Diego was kind enough to let me get my car washed on the house. Customer service at its finest. I will always be coming here just won’t forget my wallet. 10 out of 10 service.

Great car wash. I don’t normally find washes like this at home. The unlimited option is reasonably priced. Very good drive through wash. Best part is the self serve area where rags are provided and excellent vacuums!!

I bought monthly membership, well worth the price. The team is super friendly and thorough. They always check bed of my truck. Cycle takes about 3 min. There equipment works well for exterior wash. Minimal wait if any at all. Vacuums work so awesome and they are free with car wash. Clean grounds. Highly recommend this spot.

Unbelievable experience here at the Metro Express on South Santa Fe I had to turn around and find out what the guy's name was at the front Brandon will be back for my monthly membership. He acknowledged me immediately and asked how my day was and and explain to me all the plans

Had to drop this review because I was in a rut with my vehicle and not only is this car wash really great but this guy Rudy definitely help me out with the services when I was having a rough time. Definitely will be coming here from here on out!

Impressive car wash! I was greeted kindly by the attendant at the entrance before getting a thorough wash. I went with the "Protection" wash and couldn't be happier with the results. 5 stars!

I love this car wash and is the only place I’ll go to get my car washed. Their customer service is always on point! Special shout out to Lalo for being so understand and helping me out during my last visit.

Great car was in a good location. You have a range of price options, and all the waxes and finishes you want. There’s a monthly fee option and you can get all washes you want for a set price. I usually go for the basic wash for $9. It’s $2 more than at the local gas station, but it’s a more robust wash, and you get to use their clean and plentiful drying rags to do touch up and clean inside the doors, and their super-powerful vacuums, while he are plentiful and convenient and saves the hassle of dragging the machine out to your car. When was the last time you vacuumed your car??

I couldnt find an open carwash this last week so i decided to drive a littls further and try metro express. Best decision ever. They got my car sparkling clean and the polish service was so worth it. Also kudos to raphael for helping me pick the right wash and suggesting the polish experience. Ill definitely come back to sign up for a membership next time!

I used to be able to pay for going to this car wash almost every day and then it seems like the washing is skipping on some of the side of the car and I just would like it to be up and running well I had to go through twice to get the dirt off and I hope that it will be up and running on the other side so it's not so crowded with all the people

This place is new and massive, it’s a tunnel wash with free micro fiber cloths, vacuums, compressed air, and mat washers. The wash itself is great, I’ve got the unlimited works wash pass, which is the middle of the road package and I think it’s the best deal for what you get. There is an attendant at the kiosk to pay at all times and they’re always super friendly and happy to be there. After the wash you can pull into one of the many parking spaces to dry your car with the provided cloths and detail the inside with the vacuums and such. I would highly recommend Metro Express if your looking for an unlimited car wash place.
