We are very pleased with the Kaiser Pharmacy. Wait time is minimal, where we went before the wait was always 1-2 hours. The technicians are efficient and I have found a please and thank you goes a long ways. The staff works hard in a very high volume environment .

It seemed worthwhile to write a good review for a good pharmacy. It's heavily used so sometimes the wait is bit long, but they've never made a mistake with my prescription and have always been patient with questions. Ask them when the best time to come in is and you can avoid the wait.

We have been here a few times with our newborn at 9 days old and again at 5 months old. They were always quick to get us in, even when we checked in minutes before closing. They were professional and attentive. They even let us stay in the room after an appointment to nurse the baby before leaving.

Catrina is WONDERFUL!! She drew my blood, and she was so gentle, I didn’t feel a thing! I usually can’t even look in the direction of the needle, but she made me feel so comfortable, that I looked back at her and forgot she still had it in my arm! INCREDIBLE!!!

Use text service--quick and easy. I've always found everyone helpful, kind and concerned, and never had any problems calling. Good people making a difference during a rough time. Thanks!!

Everyone here is always polite and attentive and works very hard to meet my needs and answer questions.

Used text ahead service for meds. Once notified, it took mre minutes to pick them up.
