Garlic Knot Pizza & Pasta

Great spot. I must admit we had catering from another location, and it left some to be desired, so we had some hesitation in trying it again. We are sure glad we did! Garlic knots and Cheesy knots are both delicious! We also tried several other dishes that were good, but I find myself craving a Neapolitan 🍕 finally a Neapolitan with some flavor!

I fell in love with Garlic Knot in Aurora, I recently visited this location wow they did an amazing job. Staff was very attentive, polite and smiled. I will always recommend this place, it never gets old. Perfect!!

We picked up a carryout order this week and everything about the experience was excellent. I ordered online and my order was hot and ready when I arrived. (I would recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before the website says your order will be ready, because in my experience, the food is often ready earlier than the suggested arrival time. I don't want my food sitting around waiting for me.) The staff was friendly and provided plates and silverware to go on request. (We weren't eating at home.) We like the thick crust Sicilian style pizza and it was perfectly cooked, fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside, the ingredients were fresh and good quality, and the best part was that they didn't skimp on the fresh basil like so many pizza restaurants do! We've visited a couple different locations of Garlic Knot over the years and this was the best Garlic Knot pizza we've had.

Decent pizza and generally ready pretty close to the quoted time. Certainly better than any nearby chains. Seems understaffed - some days the cook is also doing the front desk and some days it is only 2 people. Inside seating appears to be closed during my last visit. People drive through the parking lot kinda crazy since it is located right next to the Colorado DMV office so drive cautiously!

The pizza here is delicious! The garlic knots are an excellent side for the pizza. Great customer service, fast and hot food (I picked up for office lunch), and reasonable prices. A hidden gem in this area, I recommend it and hope you have a similar experience.

This was such a good meal. Love the art on the wall. Staff was so friendly and food was great. Thr pasta dishes are yummy and chocolate cake was out of this world. Will be back for sure.

The Pizza, Knots and Ravioli are delicious! Your employee’s are polite and I could see tonight how hard all of them were working.
The only negative I have to say is to be more accurate on how long the order is going to take when the order is placed. I understand there os a staff shortage but when I’m told my order is going to be ready in 25 minutes and it takes 50-it’s a bit frustrating. I felt bad for the kid working the front as several customers were upset with how long it was taking. This could be avoided by giving better waiting times so people aren’t there 25 minutes waiting..

Amazing pizza, one of the best I've had in colorado, gonna have to go back and Try a calzone because they looked great too.

Wow! I have some friends from New York over for about a week now. They wanted to taste what N.Y. style pizza Colorado has to offer so I took them to Big Bill last Wednesday and Garlic Knot Pizza last night. They were quite impressed! I will save Big Bill review for them but my friends like the Garlic Knot better and I have to agreed.
First off, there were plenty of parkings. The place was so clean and neat, I guess that is because they are new. Second, our server was amazing, he was attentive and was so friendly; and the owner/manager came by a couple times and chatted with us. Most important of all, their foods were delicious as my friends were amazed. We started with their garlic knots and wings. The knots were flavorful and lived up to their name. The wings were good, it came with a side of ranch and that was really good. We ordered a large "Stock Exchange" pizza. The crust were thin and crispy, the cheeses and toppings were just delightful. To sum it up, we had an amazing experience here, great service, delicious food and charming setting. Definitely will come back!

Delicious pizza and garlic knots. The sauce with the knots was a bit bland. The salad was fresh and crisp and their house dressing superb. They very thoughtfully give you croutons and grated cheese on the side, as well as red pepper flakes for the pizza. The staff is very nice and the service fast. Will definitely go again to try some of the other items on the menu.

Delicious and affordable! And so convenient, just right down the street from home. I like how the kids cheese pizza meals are their own mini pizzas and not just a big slice of grown up pizza. And a glass of red wine for just $5, not bad at all. Definitely coming back again and again.

I love ordering from this specific Garlic Knot. Its a frequent stop, as its on my commute home after visiting my dad's house. Not once has this location messed up my order, forgotten to include something, or provided a sub-par meal for my money. When I order extra cheese with something, they actually provide extra cheese. The food is always phenomenal and the service exceptional. 10/10 would recommend.

Being from NJ, it's hard to find any good pizza in CO but this is up there with the best of the best!
We are a family of 6 (4 kids) and their "kids eat free" on Tuesdays leave a little to be desired. Ordered 2 large pies and an adult salad which was like $45 in food and the server said we're only eligible for 2 kid's meals. Granted it was a lot of food, but most restaurants who have a kids eat free have better deals and clearer guidelines. When ordering I asked the server and he said if you order $8 in adult meals you get a free kids meal, fair enough... but if you have more than 1 child per adult then you get screwed.
Would be 5 stars, but this has happened to us several times now and the servers don't seem to care. We'd eat here way more often if the "kids eat free" were a better deal.

I went in last night and there was a mistake with my order. Justin resolved it right away and was very nice. He did a very good job of dealing with a busy restaurant and all of the customers. I appreciated his positive attitude and work ethic. Plus, the food was delicious, as usual!
