Brandon is exceptionally diligent and a pleasure to work with (a rarity in the current pharmacy market). Can't comment on the rest of the staff, but when Brandon is in, he's almost always able to work out inevitable kinks in any given solution👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I love this pharmacy. I drive past this Safeway to do my shopping as the store is horrible.
The pharmacy is wonderful!! Aaron and Amber are the two I see the most and they are ALWAYS so helpful. I have been going here for years and have never had a problem. They always recognize me or my husband and give great personal service.

You have an easier time getting the president of the United States on the phone than these guys! They also don’t update status of prescription - so if they are out of something you won’t know until you get there (calling is the most hopeless thing).

UPDATE: went to pick up a script today to be told I don’t have insurance and they have been haphazardly applying coupons to my scripts to make them affordable. I got a new insurance September 1 and let the pharmacy know. I have been paying way more for my scripts (thought my new insurance wasn’t as good) with their coupons than if they used my insurance. Really upset. Went to get scripts after giving them my insurance card and they were $1 as opposed to way more (200)!!!!! This is medical malpractice. Idk if it has anything to do with them getting cash upfront this way as opposed to filing and waiting for insurance to pay…

Truly the worst pharmacy based on multiple experiences. Most recently: Had a prescription transferred here at 9 AM this morning from another pharmacy, when I asked for a timeframe I was told rather curtly it would be ready by afternoon. Called in the afternoon, was told it would take an hour more. Physically walked in about 2 hours later, only to be told that medication is out of stock. When I asked why they didn’t let me know sooner (to avoid being a full day late on a dose at this point), I was told they “don’t do notifications.. but they should.”

I transferred a prescription here from a different bran so I could get it at a reasonable price. I came the next day to pick up and apparently the pharmacist from the day before cancelled it because it had been charged to my insurance (it hadn’t). No one called me to inform me of this or to get further information. I didn’t find this out until I went in to pick it up. Why would no one call me or my doctor? Never had something like this happen before

Called 10 times and never was answered. Their mailbox isn't accepting messages so i never was able to make my request. So unprofessional. Go to any pharmacy other than this one.

Multiple times they have been out of my prescription and unlike other Safeway Pharmacies they did not call and tell me until I came to try and pick up the prescription. On my most recent attempt to fill this prescription I called before the prescription was placed to ensure they could fill the prescription. I was told they would be able to fill the prescription, but they would need to order the medication and it would arrive by Friday. Cut to Friday and to save myself a trip to the store I decided to call only to find out that there was no way they would be able to receive the medication for at least another week minimum as the medication had been on back order for over a week. I will not be filling my prescriptions here again.

Lousy. I have called five times each time I am told mailbox full I am 91 and need a prescription transferred. Terrible public reations

Terrible profiling. Treatment of regular shoppers literally assuming them as criminals. If I had more hands.. I'd give this whole location 4 THUMBS DOWN!!!

Absolute WORST experience I have ever had in my life at a pharmacy. Highly neglectful and unprofessional. Very rude employees, except one named Amy. I was scheduled for a covid shot and they turned me away! I am an employee of safeway and should already have my shot. Do not go there, do not go to this Safeway pharmacy unless you want to feel treated like garbage.

Not the most delightful folks. Stood waiting for over 10 minutes while a woman looked at me twice saying she would be right there and then proceeded to leave.

Everyone who works in the pharmacy is very rude. Every time I go there for no reason they are very nast and make rude coments on how much I pay for my precptions because they happen to be expensive. I hate that I have to go there every month but its the only close pharmacy to me. I dread it every month that I have to deal with me once again
