We worked with Catrina, and she is TRULY AMAZING! Such a great person to work with and so friendly! She was so patient in answering all of our questions and helping us purchase a car. She truly gave us the best car buying experience. Everything was clean and organized and super fast and efficient. All the staff were amazing and super helpful. Definitely such a great place to purchase your car!

When I had given up all hope on finding a new vehicle. This phenomenal team came to my rescue not having the best of credit Jason on his birthday. Stay past his shift to assist me and purchasing a new vehicle. The process was super fast from test driving the vehicle to wrapping up the paperwork And finance folks were all so very nice courteous and professional. Everything was very clear and explained to me. I didn’t feel like I was being pressured or rushed into something that I did not understand. my vehicle was ready for me to take home whenever I showed up you cannot ask for a better experience. I would recommend them 20 out of 10 and I will definitely return for my future purchases!

Sergio González really did a great job! I had been working with another dealer and was frustrated that I could not complete a majority of the items online. I contacted Alpine after spending way too many hours in the first dealership and Sergio reached out. We were able to get a deal done mostly online and I am very happy with the process and outcome. Got a way better deal and way better vehicle by going through Alpine.

I’m giving this 5 stars because of the service that Alpine provided only. Josh was great throughout the process and a lot was out of his control from GM. My truck was there for over 3 months waiting on parts. Josh was in frequent communication about the status and trying his best to get my vehicle repaired. As soon as the parts arrived the vehicle was turned around quickly.

This is the best dealer ship I have ever been at. Their employees are all nice especially one of the employees here that helped me and my mom to buy a 2024 car this guy name is Azael. He is very outgoing funny and always making sure that his customers are comfortable with what he has to offer. Asking if they want water or a coffee and making sure they leave with a smile on their face.

Very pleased with results. They were slammed and got me taken care of by Friday. Was out of town but, they were able to get me on the road three days later. I appreaciate the care they took with my Only reason I changed to a 5! Had no issues driving home. Truck sounds like new. They were able to also get my heated steering wheel installed and completed an oil change. My rep was very courteous. Especially during this trying time. Thanks for your service!! Had been a 4. It is working so well. Ignore next line. Only reason I gave a 4 star vs 5 star is I had to wait three nights and a day to get my truck worked on. But very thankful of the care and extra they did in also installing my steering wheel and doing the oil change. Glad my truck is back and running again.

Jason H is hands down one of the best in the business. He went above and beyond in all aspects of buying a new vehicle my situation wasn’t ideal and there was a lot of back and forth but we made it happen I got what I wanted and made sure I was good with everything every step of the way. If your look for anything in the car world I’d definitely recommend alpine and Jason H.

Brenda provided excellent service when I was looking for a new vehicle. Even when there was a delay in the delivery of the vehicle I had purchased, Brenda and the dealership provided me with a loaner vehicle until mine was available. Then delivered my new vehicle to my home so I wouldn't have to make another trip into the dealership. I really appreciate the staff going the extra step to make me experience a pleasant one.
