My experience with Mr. Karim was excellent, very patient and attentive, followed up after the purchase, was not pushy and made me feel comfortable and taken care of.

I was back in Denver, again and wanted to test drive the new plug-in hybrid Volvo. Of course i contacted Maddy, to setup a test drive for me. I had no desire to buy a new car, since i just bought one six months ago from Maddy, but she still gave me the awesome service, as she did when i bought my first car there. The whole team at Macdonald is just awesome, not perfect but they always are ready to help resolve any issues you have. Long story short, I ended up leaving with another new car, the Plug-in. Super happy with the new car! Thank again Maddy and the Mcdonald Team!!

Best VW dealership in all of the Denver area. I shopped and visited them all in my search for my new TDi Wagon. McDonald was so far away from the competition. There was no doubt that I was going to be a customer of theirs for a long time. They beat everybody's price and they showed me they wanted my business. It was made that clear they wanted to sell a car and I got an amazing deal and they got a very loyal customer.

I enjoy the video showing me all parts of my car. I trust that all services get done when I take my car here. If you are new to the area, try them out!

This company goes out of their way, and I mean seriously out of their way to satisfy their customers, new or existing.
I went in with low expectations when I needed a used car, but their sales people approached getting us financed like we were shopping for a top-of-the-line vehicle. I've never seen anything like it! A couple years later, when I needed a second car, they did it again! They're not inexpensive when it comes to service, but they're Audi, so when they have completed servicing my A4, I know I can drive with absolute confidence. Thanks McDonald, and Denver Audi!

By far thee most professional staff I’ve encountered !!! For once, the staff at a dealership bending over backwards for YOU instead of the other way around. And Silke Refior is the best !!! The night before my appointment, a lucky buyer purchased the vehicle I sought after for several weeks. Upon my arrival, Silke had produced a list of similar vehicles from which I found ‘MY’ perfect car !!! It was even better & classier than the one I’d missed out on. The ENTIRE team worked hard to get me into that new car with less mileage, upgraded interior and options for next to the same tagged price as my previous choice. We recently purchased an Audi Q8 and had Sam Splichal assist with teaching us the features on our vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything with ease. I came in to buy a new Ioniq PHEV on New Years Eve and the whole team worked to get me on the road before the snow storm picked up. I got a great deal and fast service on a busy holiday. Suzanne was a great salesperson and guide through the process. Couldn't have been better.

Why buy local? We are so grateful we went for the personal connection at McDonald's Audi instead of going on line or out of state. They have been really super solving problems without charging us!! Recently, we were traveling from the mountains and lost our key. The car could turn off and restart. I called back to Littleton and they assured me this meant that the key was in the car! They checked with Audi and said there was no doubt. we removed everything from the car--lots of camping gear. No key!! Our service writer said "swing by and we will have the porters look." Hunter and Dillon came to help. Again, we took everything out of car, no key. Hunter got determined and he found the key!! it had gotten tucked into a Kleenex box. When we searched the car, we just picked that box up and looked under it. Then, Hunter and Dillon insisted on helping us load up the car. This is a place that really cares about their owners. They treat me with total respect, not like other car guys who patronize women.!!

Great service, went down to McDonald after a poor experience with Flatirons Audi. Have now bought 2 Audis from the team at Audi Denver and have been very satisfied with the whole process.

I just leased a 2020 XC60 T6 Momentum from McDonald Volvo and I couldn't be happier. I love my new car and the process was about as painless as it can get. Test drive to delivery in about 3 hours. Will P was great and Rob M (the GM) saved me even more money simply by overhearing me say who I worked for. Turns out I qualified for Plan A pricing, who knew?! It would have been easy to ignore that fact but Rob made sure that I received every benefit possible. Could they have made more on my transaction? Absolutely but McDonald understands that going the extra mile ultimately will pay off in the end. Win, win which is all you can ask for.

Had to bring in an S7 with some questions and a standard service. This place is so on top of it - they have the greatest techs and their service is superior. Incredibly friendly staff and a comfortable, state-of-the-art center. Started some conversations with other near-by techs and had some laughs and shared some tales of the Audi product line. An all around great experience with a knowledgeable and very cool staff. Drove away all fixed up and confident in the work done.

I work at a seperate dealership, in another state. I was in a tight spot and needed a part that they had in-stock. Not only did I recieve exactly what I needed, they gave me a great price, very helpful and the shipping was lightning fast! I CANNOT BE ANY HAPPIER! They saved the day and my customer is happy! Can't even tellyou how amazing these guys are! Both times we were there, bent over backwards to keep us comfortable and to help us. They worked with us with our down payment, budget and the car we wanted. Once we nailed down all of the details they even helped explain things in the car, how everything works, where everything is and even filled it up and detailed it! We will be back to get another car soon and we for sure be sending everybody I know there!

Great thorough care of my car needs. Horace with Voltswagen was very professional, straightforward and friendly. They even send you a video showing all that they've inspected once they're complete (even if you only need your keys reprogrammed like me).

Service writers were very helpful and the mechanic kept me updated via videos on every issue he found with my car.
