Awesome customer service. The staff was willing to wait a few minutes after closing for me to pick up my dry cleaning. Not to mention they do a great job making sure my clothes look sharp. 10/10!!

Great business! Better prices than competitors, quicker turnaround times. Love stopping by a place where they know my name and have my clothes waiting for me before I even step through the door!

Great location, Good turn around time and Better prices than the surrounding cleaners. Good customer service. The guy that works there always has people's stuff ready before they even walk in.

This place is called Mint Cleaners. Cheaper prices than the surrounding cleaners. Currently there is no same day or next day cleaning.

Second trip to get clothes and my coat wasn't clean at all! But the worker couldn't give a refund, so I had to leave my clothes until a manager is in. In addition, I have to find another cleaner to do the job. Terrible.

I should have read the reviews before bringing my business here. My one and only experience here was disturbing. I dropped off an expensive coat, and was almost 2 weeks late picking it up because of work circumstances. The woman told me it had been picked up, and was dismissive and rude. I had left my ticket at home, so I went back a couple days later, and was told I already picked up my coat - again treated rudely. I haven't been to a dry cleaner in 10 years - it's my only dry clean garment I own. I asked to speak with the manager. I was told he would call, but he never did. I happened to call back on a day the manager was present. He was inappropriate and unprofessional, telling me that I don't have my ticket and challenging me to bring it in (I had it right in front of me). My husband went in because I was at work. The manager started making up stories, telling him that "I signed for the coat, that it was blue, and something about 'across the street"....basically talking in circles, making up stories, as he's done this before. My husband asked to see the signature, and he told him "I can't show you that" (because there is no such thing). An argument ensued, and my husband had to threaten small claims court. As he was getting ready to leave, the manager walked to his car....with my coat in hand (magical), asked for the ticket, and went back inside. So basically, they tried to steal my $250 coat. After all of that, it was never even cleaned. Do not trust this establishment with your belongings. They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau.

I wish I could give zero stars. What a nightmare!!!!!I was promised my son in laws suits on a Thursday after 4:30, when I arrived at 5:00 no one was there, the note on the door said be back at 5:00 waited 20 minutes no one returned. I called Friday afternoon to be told that they were still not back, I advised them I needed the suits for a Saturday and Sunday event, at that point I was very frustrated and the man who I spoke to promised he would deliver them to my home before 10pm, guess what he never showed. I called him and he said it would be more like midnight and he would leave them hanging on the screen door, I advised him that I didn't want 3 expensive suits and a dress left on the door. He agreed to drop them off before we had to leave for our event the next morning. The dry cleaning was left on the door Saturday morning, however he only delivered 2 suit pants and a dress. When I called him he got extremely rude and started raising his voice at me, I advised him we had to leave I. 5 minutes for our event and said he would find.out where the rest of the order was. I get a text 10 minutes later that he had someone leave them on the screen door, I told him we wouldn't be home until 7pm and they couldn't be left there all day, that made him extremely mad and he started yelling and telling me he had done me a favor, ultimately he had someone.go back and pick them up and would get them to me later. That evening he left them on the door without knocking and none of the suit coats or the remaining pants had been cleaned they were a wadded wrinkled mess. When I contacted him he was extremely rude and informed me that at least I didn't have to pay him. When I asked for the owners contact information he refused to give it to me, and that he would have him call me. As of today 4 days later I haven't heard from him. I received a.text advising me I was no longer allowed in their store

I have been going to Mint Cleaners since September 2013. Staff are always polite and friendly and the clothes were in good condition and clean when I picked them up. A month ago (March 31, 2016) when I went in to get my clothes, one of my shirts were missing. I told the employee and he said he would call the manager. The manager called me a few days later and said to wait for about a month and call back to see if the shirt showed up. I called this week and my shirt was not found. So the manager called me and said that there were cameras at the location and it showed that I only brought one item in. NOT TRUE. The tag on my receipt said there were 2 ITEMS that day brought in. (I have a copy of that receipt.) Then the manager told me that the "LAW" says that the dry cleaners are only responsible for $20 dollars of the lost item. EVEN though the shirt was worth more, the manager said he was going to reimburse me $20.00.. again because that is what the 'LAW" is. I didn't even get a "I am sorry your shirt is lost" or "I am sorry for all hassle of the missing shirt". All I heard was that I was a liar... and the camera tells it all. WHATEVER. I will NEVER go there again. PLEASE be aware if this dry cleaners loses anything of yours, the reimbursement will only be $20.00 even if your clothes are worth hundreds of dollars. BEWARE of bringing any dresses/suits/pants/blankets/comforters/shirts/coats that are WORTH over $20.00 dollars because you will not be reimbursed. BEWARE WITH CAUTION.

This is the most unprofessional dry cleaner--scratch that, business--that I have ever dealt with. Three months ago they lost one of my nicest shirts. The young lady who works there acknowledged it with "I didn't know how to tell you." Since then we have called regularly to check on her progress of locating my shirt or having the owner provide a refund, and she has had multiple poor excuses why she has not been able to contact the owner/manager to resolve this. (She also said that she really hates her job, as if that's an excuse for her total lack of responsibility.)

Do not go here. Do not reward total disregard for customer care and respect.

$1.75 a laundry shirt what a joke!!! It started out that way but if you have a cuff link shirt then they all of a sudden want to charge you $2.50 a shirt. I had been a loyal customer so they bumped that down to $2.00 a shirt because I was going to take my business elsewhere. They retained me and then went in last week and kicked the price back to $2.50 a shirt. I asked about extra starch didn't get that. Asked for the Manager to call me no such luck with him giving me a call. So I say to all my Corporate Business friends do not be bamboozled by this sham of a dry cleaners!!

I'd give no stars if I could. My one and only experience with this cleaner: Took two sport jackets in for cleaning. When I picked up the jackets one was ok but the other jacket (an expensive Hugo Boss) had a newly shredded/torn lining, button was broken and jacket was improperly pressed. I mentioned this to the rude disinterested cashier. She said they didn't have any way to mend the jacket but she would send it in for a "redo" to fix the poor pressing. I picked up the jacket tonight and nothing at all had been done. I asked for the manager/ owner number and she refused to provide it. She would not give me any contact information whatsoever and was disinterested in helping to resolve the issue. I will NEVER go there again. I urge anyone reading this review to TAKE YOUR CLOTHES SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Horrible service!! Shirts were not finished at the time they promised. My son needed shirts for performance. They said 2 business days. They weren't ready in 2 business days. Owner "promised" he would bring them to me since my son had to have them. I sat at the store waiting for him to show up with the shirts. Owner never showed nor did he call to tell me he wasn't coming. He just left me there waiting. I was stuck shopping for new clothes less than 45 minutes before my son was supposed to go on stage. Don't go here if you need your items when they were promised to you. They totally over promise and under deliver.

What an unfortunate incident we had with whoever was working your store at 5:45pm on Monday June 20th. Upon arrival, my husband was asked how he was. He mentioned this was his second trip to pick up our clothes (due Saturday, June 18th at 4pm per the ticket we received on Thursday, June 16th ) because the store was closed when he arrived at 4pm on Saturday, June 18th. Only indication of why was a note in the window stating they were closing at 3pm for Father’s Day. The employee was immediately defensive, stating “It’s not my problem you can’t read a sign, if I want to close early I will”. When my husband pointed out there was no sign when we dropped them off on Thursday, the employee remained defensive and said “it’s not my problem your wife can’t read a sign”. When I dropped the clothes off on Thursday around 5pm there was no sign that said the store would close early on Saturday. I even questioned the Saturday pick up date (I wasn’t expecting such a quick turnaround – I thought we were getting great service! How wrong I was) and your Thursday afternoon employee confirmed yes, Saturday is when they would be ready.

The employee continued to harass my husband, told him he needed to leave, to which my husband refused to do without our clothes. The employee tried to tell him our clothes were ready Saturday morning and that’s when we should have picked them up. When my husband pointed out the ticket specifically said the items were due on Saturday by 4pm, the employee said “again, not my problem”.

You have lost us as customers and our family as customers, and we will tell everyone who asks not to use your store. This is not the first time we have arrived during stated business hours to a locked and empty store – the first time was with no note indicating why it was closed. We will not continue to put up with your poor customer service or risk our items being unavailable when we arrive. I hope you look at your records to determine who was working on Monday, June 20th at 5:45pm and consider if you really want that kind of person representing your store with such poor customer service.

Two dress shirts came back from cleaners with torn holes in sleeves- same exact size, sleeve and spot on both shirts. Tags were still on them and they did not have the holes when we took them in. They said it was "age" and refused to own the mistake. Mistakes happen, but dishonesty and not doing the right thing is no way to run a business.

My frustration with this dry cleaners is that that they are closed when their website indicates that they are open. Tonight is the second time in a month that this has happened. They publish their closing time as 6:30; the business was closed when I arrived this evening at 5:40. I made a special trip to pick up my dry cleaning several weeks ago on a Saturday. There was a note on the door indicating that they were closed for lunch. I expect businesses to be open during their published open hours. Not a happy customer.

I 100% agree the all the other one star reviewers here. I have had nothing but issues with this place. Clothes coming back stained that weren't stained before with a blue color.Do not go here! I will be contacting the BBB as I now have three ruined shirts and a shirt that has completely gone missing. When you call to complain they give you attitude and say nothing can be done. I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!!
