We bought a 2014 Nissan Rogue from AB and team. Because we had limited time to find a good used car, we quickly stopped by a few of the dealerships on Colfax. Michael Auto Sales had the cleanest best value vehicles by far. A great selection whether you are looking for a sedan or an SUV, very impressive. Our sales person was AB, he was very professional, friendly and fast! The BEST aspect of this company was how they supported us after the sale when a check engine light came on after only a few days..they resolved the issue with no push back. If we ever need to buy another vehicle in Denver, we will absolutely be stopping at Michael Auto Sales first!!! Thanks AB and the Mechanical team- you are a bunch of good apples!

Brook was amazing! He helped us purchase the exact vehicle within the mileage & the price we wanted. Easy- going in nature and a low pressure buying experience. Made sure all my questions were answered, taking all the time I needed. Helped me trade in my current vehicle. When signing documents, he made sure I understood what I was signing and took his time with me. He extended the car warranty without hesitation. Overall, a very positive car buying experience. Me and my friend had gone to three other unseemly dealerships before we chose Michael’s as a last ditch effort. Ab, the salesman, met us outside, introduced himself and asked us what sort of vehicle we were looking for/what price range. He then led us inside and showed us and elaborated on each vehicle that could be a fit for us. He was incredibly informative and as honest as a used car salesman can be, he was a calming presence and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with the vehicle we chose! This place offers 1 month warranty, and if you have any problems you can take it to the mechanic on site and they will fix it for you for!!!!! I got a 2014 durango that after a week of driving had some issues. I took it to the mechanic on site and got it repaired asap! Brook is so helpful and walks you through the inter process and doesn't leave you with any questions because he communicates everything effectively! I live in Oklahoma and purchased a vehicle from Michael Auto Sales online. They were professional and worked very hard to make it a great experience. I have purchased several cars online, but I have always picked them up myself so I can drive them before closing the deal. This was the first time I had purchased one and had it delivered without seeing it in person. It was an exercise in trust...but they earned it with their honesty and integrity. They went out of their way to help accommodate my payment methods, they sent videos or pictures I requested and answered all my questions when I got nervous about paying for something and having it delivered without having driven it. Needles to say, it was an amazing purchase!!! The vehicle is all the said it was. The delivery was flawless! I would definitely by from Michael Auto Sales again! I would give them more than 5 stars if that were possible!

I've been on a search for a car, for a very long time and this is without a doubt one of the best if not the best dealership I've been to. It was hard for me to get a car through financing due to my age and the amount of time I've had credit. Most dealerships just denied me without really putting much effort into anything. However, this place kept trying to make everything work and to get me approved and in the end, they did. For Brook it was clear that there were other things important to him rather than just trying to sell a vehicle. He made communication, made us smile, made us laugh, talked about topics that we found interesting, he was very knowledgeable, and he took care of everything in no time. Very patient, very professional, great communication, great energy and positivity, and extremely friendly. I'm glad I found out about Michael Auto Sales because they really helped me take a big step and push me in the right direction. I walked out of there with a great deal and a great car. Anything that bothered me on the car or wasn't working properly, they were willing to fix for free, and they did. They replaced the windshield, one of the bearrings, and a shock within a day. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get another car. Brook really seems like a hard worker and a great guy and willing to work with his customers even after the purchase. We needed a second car, and after doing a bit of research on the car lots in the area we decided to stop by here because of all the good reviews. The shop is always super busy (which must mean they're doing pretty well) but they always make time for whoever comes in. Our experience definitely matches the other good reviews.

We first stopped by maybe 10 minutes before they closed to check out a 2009 corolla, expecting to just take a peek at it and get a feel for the shop. They gladly offered to stay open a little late so we could test drive it, and we were happy with it. I came in a couple days later to talk to Brook about a price, and came to a deal that included a warranty and replacing a couple parts. We've had the car about a month now and after taking it on a trip down to Albuquerque and back are definitely happy with it. Brook provides some awesome service and has great prices on the cars and I'm glad we ended up choosing Micheal's to get the car.
