I can’t say enough about Brian and his company! His attention to customer service and satisfaction is top notch! He was extremely patient and answered all my questions then some. I will say I was nervous about buying a car sight unseen from another state but Brian made it comfortable and seamless including the shipping. This was hands down the best vehicle buying experience I’ve had and I purchase a fair amount of cars. No question I will buy from Brian and Turismo again! I have spent 25 years in the high end automotive world and needed/wanted something I couldn’t locate personally, Brian (owner) worked with me directly and I could not have been more pleased. Given my background I was very specific about what and how I needed certain things, Brian was incredibly responsive and professional (not to mention very knowledgeable) the entire way through my purchase. Every car buying experience should be exactly as mine just went. The vehicle was purchased sight unseen and transported a 1,000+ miles away but I couldn’t be more confident in what I am getting. Turismo Auto Group made my purchase easy. Brian was prompt in replies to my questions and had resolutions to things I pointed out. The car had a few minor things to take care of, which happened in less then a week. Brian brought the car to my house so I did not have to make a special trip to pick it up.
I would recommend them and will use them again when I am ready for something new.

I had a great buying experience with Brian with fantastic communication via phone, text, and e-mail. Besides the posted video, Brian did another walk-thru video of the car to show me some minor flaws (16 yr old car). The documentation and payment were very simple. Brian organized shipping to the East Coast, and the car arrived within 48 hours. The car showed up quicker than the FedEx of the title, keys, etc! 🙂. He even sent me a Turismo hat and T-shirt. I admit that I was skeptical to purchase a vehicle from a dealer with no reviews but after my experience with Brian and Turismo, that skepticism was erased by the execution of great customer service. Brian quickly replied to my inquiry and explained his business model. His background in finance blended easily with his love for autos. Due to his attention to detail and going beyond my expectations, I was able to be a hero on Valentine's Day. Brian brought the Mercedes to my office, complete with a pink bow in the back for me to use for the big reveal, and we came to an agreement on a trade-in and purchase. Brian was respectful of my wife's and my busy professional schedule and met us again at my office to complete the sale a few days later. The Mercedes we purchased is perfect. Five stars all around. I admit that I have much higher expectations when purchasing premium vehicles. Turismo more than met those expectations.

Buying from Brian Kust was a remarkable experience from beginning to end.
Brian is attentive and precise with his actions and facilitating info, as well as very professional and knowledgeable.
I bought from him a 1994 Von Dur Defender 110 originally restored in the Netherlands, and I highly recommend him for making that a positively memorable buying experience.

Brian was very personable and straightforward from the first meeting. As a single gal trying to buy a used car, it was a bit nerve racking.
