The salesman that was working 2/3/2024 in the morning/afternoon during the snowstorm was extremely helpful. We needed a new mattress for my teenage daughter and he showed us different options. I liked that he listened to our needs to keep within budget but still get a good quality mattress. He was never pushy, just showed us all our options and explained the features of each option. We got a good mattress for a reasonable price. Thank you!

Jason was excellent in the services of mattress firm when we came in to buy new beds! He also provided different options to choose from, and that’s what made the experience even better! Brian was great! He was patient while we asked questions and tried out many different beds. He is extremely knowledgeable and what I appreciated the most was that he wasn’t pushy. He didn’t see us a customer, he saw us as a guest. This is our 2nd bed from this store and after our experience with Brian, we will certainly be back when we need one in the future!

I came back in to do a mattress exchange and was helped by Christi. She was amazing, informative and patient. She walked us through the exchanger process and helped us into a new mattress that would support us better. Highly recommend this store. Great employees here!

We had been shopping for a mattress and adjustable base for a little while. We had been struggling getting questions answered to make sure we purchase the right mattress and base. We went into Mattress Firm and had the pleasure to meet Christi. She was awesome! She answered all of our questions and helped us find the right mattress and base. She also matched prices so we could get the perfect price. I can’t say enough about Christi. She texted me back and forth regarding multiple questions I kept throwing at her. She was always so friendly, curious and so very helpful. I highly recommended shopping this store and asking for Christ.

Christy and Brian were great in helping us to get the mattress that would work the best for us. We even had to return two mattresses that we thought would be good but turned out not to be the best choices. And both Christy and Brian went to work on the approvals in order to help us out. Outstanding customer service!!!! We had an issue with a remote not working… Jason, Christine and the other staff were super heroes and went way beyond our expectations and got us the right remote and instructions we needed. This was not an easy task but they persisted!!! This is a quality store and its success is based on the its super star employees that work there!! I highly recommend this store and especially the team that works there! They are super hero’s who can resolve your sleep bed issues!!!!
