Bemis Public Library

My favorite part of bemis public library is the Teen Deck and the children's room my favorite staff that used to work there is Phyllis and Bob so sad Bob and Phyllis retired I hope every employees at bemis library will miss them they were awesome employees at bemis library I remember getting banned from this library a couple of times
Because of my bad behavior the first time they banned from their library is because of my bad behavior in summer of 2013 the second time they banned 🚫 from their library was 5 days before New Years day 2015 me and my older brother Aaron had a bad behavior got us both kicked out of the library until 3/12/2015 me and Aaron were supposed have a behavior meeting at the bemis library on 1/22/2015
But the behavior meeting was rescheduled for 3/12/2015 because my mom couldn't make it to January 22nd one because she was so busy that day the second time was banned from bemis library was on 12/27/2014 I was happy that they allowed to come back to bemis library after I was banned 🚫 for almost 3 in half months

The best library I’ve been to in the Denver area so far. Staff is friendly. I enjoy the small tables downstairs I’ve been using to study. Just wish there were outlets within those tables to charge my laptop.

I love this library! Very adorable and cozy with the artwork and comfortable seating! It's a bit more private the way it's setup 😁great for studying! Very neat and organized! Very nice staff! Loooooove it😍😍😍

I am not from the area but needed immediate computer/printer access for a court issue. I was not only pressed for time but my anxiety was attempting to get the best of me.
Two employees on the lower level not only came to my rescue but genuinely treated me so kind that I calmed down, gathered my thoughts, printed my paperwork and was on my way.
Thank you ladies from the bottom of my heart.

Staff very helpful in setting up audio books app

I’m a new transplant to the area from the Midwest and this library was the first to welcome me to the area. My first impression was of a community sitting outside for a story time and getting my library card didn’t take more than 5 minutes! The librarian even recommended some local spots to try out and I can’t wait! The library itself is wonderfully organized, well thought out, and very clean. I can’t wait to go back! 💕

Library my kids grew up in. Story time is great. Lots of options and computers for usage.
I also volunteered teaching English as a second language here. Met good people and helped a ton of immigrants learn the language. I love this place. Will always have special place in my heart.

I’m so thankful this place is here. The reference librarian was so helpful and the printing station set-up is very user friendly. Love the peaceful atmosphere too.

The Bemis Public Library is exceptional in so many ways. Even from the outside, its iconic mid-century modern design draws you in. As you head to the front doors, there are three containers filled with "perfect pollinators", this year's theme for the Library's Patron- planted Garden pots.

The building's interior has diffuse light, both vistas and little inviting nooks; and engaging displays of books and media abound.

The staff is cheerful, welcoming, and helpful. This library has the feel of a well-loved community space and Gathering Place. Go visit!

I have been taking my daughter to this library since she was 2 years old. They have excellent story-book times, and wonderful events for children throughout the year. I really appreciate the children's library being completely separate from the rest of the library. We don't have to worry about bothering others when sometimes little ones have a hard time with being quiet...:)

Wonderful experince at the library. Helpful and friendly staff, clean public areas, peaceful and quiet. It's been a while since I've been to Bemis and was reminded of all of the things I love about visiting a library. Many self service corrals for convenience, also assisted check out available.

Love this library. Great staff and good selection. Used to just sink in hours here when I was younger. Now it is a good place to go and get some work done. Lots of awesome of events and community activities. Always very clean and there are some awesome art installations. Just about as good as a local library can get!

Did I mention graphic novels? Book club bags of ten books? Elevated Teen reading area, keeping chaos contained? The staff is great, the books are well stocked.

Great Library! Clean well organized knowledgeable staff Community focused. Many activities for all ages. Activities published in a monthly flyer/pamphlets. Very popular. Sometimes hard to get a computer to use sometimes. Very knowledgeable staff to help.

The Librarians and staff at Bemis are incredible! They are so creative with how they're engaging with children during covid times. This library offers a wonderful array of events and community services and resources. I absolutely love Bemis!

Clean and okay place to study.
Not that quiet as far as a library is concerned.
Best friends of the library book store in the area -- definitely worth a trip just to browse and the prices are as they should be.

New to area but so glad I am now a proud card holder. Loved libraries since a child, a long time ago, and appreciate Bemis.
