Mr. Paysinger was great. After a car accident, the insurance company I was dealing with was offering me a low amount and I really felt they were taking advantage of me and ruining my life. When a car turned left in front of my wife, failing to yield the right of way, Steve was there for us. The car was not registered to the person driving it, and the insurance car they supplied was expired. When we contacted the company on the expired insurance card they informed us the person listed was no longer insured with them. I can't even begin to tell you how much I appreciate Rob and all his hard work. I was in a car accident 3 yrs ago and I was actually the one to hit the other driver, yes she was at fault, but not an easy point to prove and a difficult case to take on.
