Corey and Hannah were amazing! They were both very friendly, helpful, and patient during my mattress decision process. I got a great deal during President's Day weekend - a free adjustable bed frame with my mattress. Corey even threw in free set-up with delivery. It was delivered as scheduled by Tyrone. Tyrone was also very friendly and quick to set up the frame and mattress. So far I love my mattress and frame! I would highly recommend Mattress Firm to anyone looking for a new mattress!

Mattress shopping is not something I look forward to and have put it off for way too long. My experience was outstanding! Corey was awesome - took the time to share the key differences between mattresses and went through the features of the adjustable base. I wasn't looking to get a base - but so happy that I have it. Rachel also helped us to narrow our choices - we appreciated both Corey and Rachel's insight and suggestions. If I need to purchase another mattress at some point, I will for sure be back to see Corey and Rachel. After sleeping on the new bed for a week - I'm very satisfied.

The delivery process was prompt and seamless. Tyrone and his team were efficient and had things set to go quickly. The advanced notification system for our delivery window was accurate and provided updates.

When I walked in the store I was greeted warmly and professionally by Hayden who made the whole experience wonderful. He was knowledgeable and experienced, and he didn't mind switching out a bunch of mattresses for me, even though just from describing my sleep habits, he picked out the perfect mattress for me on the first try. He also helped us find the perfect one for my daughter. Thank you kindly Hayden for making the process really easy, quick and enjoyable. Not to mention cost effective! Kudos to you. Hayden deserves a raise!

It was a wonderful experience working with Corey over at the outlet store in Wadsworth. He showed me the variety of mattresses that I was interested in and he allowed me the time to sit and lay down on them and come back twice without pressure. I highly recommend him.

This is the second store that I stopped at today to shop for a new mattress for my daughter.. The first store just let us wander around without any direction. Sasha at the Belmar location took the time to ask my daughter what kind of sleeper she was, and what she was looking for. She answered all our questions and was able to help us find a bed that my daughter is it very happy with.

I've been to this location a couple of times and Cory has helped me both times. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He knows his stuff and was super patient in helping my girlfriend and I get the right bed. You can tell the guy takes pride in what he does and cares about the customer. Which is rare these days. I don't usually right reviews but when I do it's deserved. If your looking for a good deal and want to find the right bed i suggest you go see him. Thanks Cory

I went into the mattress store. Not really knowing what I wanted All I knew is that my quality of sleep was severely diminished and I had constant neck and back pain Corey was there to help me with literally any question I had and helped guide me to get the best possible combination of mattress and pillows to get the best quality of sleep for me and my wife at a reasonable price. If I could, I would recommend anyone go to the store for your sleep comfort needs after our new mattress and pillows. Our sleep quality has been nothing but magnificent I would 100% recommend this store to anyone having sleep issues or in need of a new mattress

I recommend this location. It was easy to shop and the employees were very helpful. I'm happy with my purchase. Delivery was very smooth. One employee in particular, Tyrone, was really sweet and vacuum the carpet before the bed install was done.
