Perfect customer service, I was acknowledged immediately when I walked through door. When we discovered they didn’t have what I needed they were immediately looking for one close by for me. Made it painless. All I had to do was drive down the street (5miles) n pick it up. Blessing to have that experience while bed shopping, a lil stressful.

Robert was very helpful!and readily available for questions and explained the various features of each type of mattress well. Store had a reasonable range of prices and qualities to choose from. When we picked the mattress we wanted, he got all of the info entered and delivery arrangements made quickly and easily. It was a pleasure working with him!

Rick was amazing to work with. I went in with a friend to help her pick out a bed. I was so impressed with Rick and how he helped my friend with her bed that I went back 3 days later and bought a bed. He listened to what I wanted, didn’t try to upsell me on anything I wasn’t interested in. This store is much more personable than the store in Parker. Keep up the amazing work Rick!

The sleep expert I had (Robert Anderson) was so knowledgeable and helpful in the store. Though I came in for one bed, I left with a more expensive one after he was able to explain and have me try out the differences. I'm very happy with my purchase now, thank you Robert!

Rick did an excellent job of presenting options and helping me make a decision on a new mattress. He understood my back pain and what I needed.

After a little confusion the staff has done an amazing job at completing my order. They were all extremely friendly and easy to work with. I plan on purchasing another mattress from them soon. The communication was always prompt as I ordered over the phone and it was a tremendous help not physically having to make multiple trips to the store. Rick and Taylor made this a great experience. Both were very knowledgeable on each product in addition to providing great customer service (despite being very busy during the holiday weekend). They were upfront about what they could do on pricing and completely professional throughout the process. Never felt any pressure to make a purchase. I was skeptical shopping in store vs online, but after my experience here I will be coming back to this location for my next mattress.

I had a wonderful shopping experience at mattress firm. My salesman was informative and friendly. He explained all the types of mattresses and let me try out each one. after I made my decision, he gave us a good deal on some pillows which were very comfortable. He was very quick and efficient handling the payment. When we left, he gave us some ice water which was very considerate. I would recommend mattress firm to anyone looking to buy a new mattress.

I have never been inside of a mattress firm before because I always assumed it was way out of my budget. I decided to check this store out on a whim and I’m glad I did. Taylor gave superb customer service and was highly knowledgeable on options to address my concerns. I’m very excited that I was able to purchase a mattress for myself as being a single mama I often put myself last.

Rick and Taylor were so patient as we went in not once, but 3 times, trying to decide on a mattress. I suffer from herniated discs, so I needed something that would support and was firm enough for me but not too firm for my hubby. I love that they let you give it a try for a few months so you can make sure it works for your body and exchange if it doesn't. Really excited to try our new mattress this weekend!
