Came to this location as a completely oblivious customer needing help with a metal shelving unit piece. I came in and Michael over at the helpful hub was so quick to help me find what I needed, AND take the time to cut the metal I was purchasing, AND copy a key for me. He was beyond patient with me and so polite, this is definitely the best experience I've had in a situation where I knew absolutely nothing and no idea what I was doing. Everything went perfectly and I got exactly what I needed. Thank you Michael, you are so help and amazing!

Great store. I like the smell of a hardware store, something about it feels fresh and real. Friendly staff. Often has great prices/sales on wild bird seed, and a nice variety of lighting fixtures. Plus there are a number of other stores in this shopping plaza that increases the convenience for the shopper.

This place is awesome-they have those hard to find hardware pieces..Customer Service is amazing, not bothersome but there for assistance. Received excellent customer service in Key copy dept. Went way above in beyond..That is very hard to beat. First time customer & I will return..this crew & Manager deserve a real Thumbs up and Corp look into modeling other stores off this 1 store here! Secret shoppers go & be amazed no negatives at this place

Our go to hardware store. If you can't find it here, chances are you don't need it. Update, looking for birthday and father's day gifts. They had just what I was looking for. A super nice Dremel, wrenches and screw drivers. Thank you Ace Hardware.

Never had a bad experience here. Everyone is always very nice and very willing to help you get what you need. Always come here over Home Depot/Lowes when I know they have what I need (mostly hardware, these guys are leaps and bounds beyond those aforementioned stores when it comes to any nut, bolt, screw, washer, you name it).

As strange as it sounds, this is one of my favorite places to go. The staff is always friendly and helpful; going out of their way to not only help me find what I'm looking for, but taking the time to make sure I get what I really need, at the best price possible. They carry all the normal hardware store fair, plus interesting things and things that are hard to find anywhere else.The store is clean, well stocked and wonderfully dog friendly. (They don't just tolerate the pooches, they welcome them! And they use common sense when approaching them, which is a great help, and relief, during socialization and training!) I see where people have said they're more expensive, but Home Depot will not honor their "price match guarantee" because they said they don't consider them competition, as Ace's are independently owned, but combined have more buying power. Just a great neighborhood store!

Needed to get a spare motorcycle and Honda.key made, went to Lowes and Home depot but only Ace hardware could make the keys for us!!! Very smart and helpful staff we were asked multiple times if we could be helped, where we couldn't beg for help at the other stores! I noticed as we were waiting all their awards hanging and I definitely agree with all their awards this place is the best from now on we stop here first!!!!!

I had a few difficult experiences at this location but the owners, Scott and Bev, were nice enough to reach out to me directly and address my concerns. It is not often you get a personalized letter in the mail from a business owner looking to correct an issue. I really appreciated that and will continue to do business here.

The customer service is stellar, this is my favorite local store. Always greeted with a smile and helpful service. I go here for paint, pool/hot tub supplies, keys and so much more.

I've been into many Ace hardware stores but this one had just about everything you can think of. Very friendly. We will be back

Definitely one of my more favorite Ace stores to stop in. The lady at the front counter was very nice as well as the guy that helped get my bags of fertilizer and load them into a cart for me. Of course the prices are never the best in there but the service and the small-town atmosphere well makes up for it.

Norm was extremely knowable and helpful in installing a shark bite shut off valve. Had to cut a copper pipe and he directed me to an inexpensive pipe cutter. Did what he said and it turned out perfect! Was able to install kitchen faucet.

Need AAA solar batteries for my garden solar light they had it showed me where they were at in the store and they were in a two pack Home Depot wanted to sell me a four pack for twice of money I needed one

I was able to get in and out very quickly with the help of one of the employees. They saved me a lot of time that I would have spent wandering through the aisles looking for what I needed.

Great customer service at this Ace. Well-organized. I prefer to go here if I don't need to go to a big-box store.

Went in several times to ask if they can program a key for my car if i brought one in. I told one of the reps that i already had an original dealership key but the fob wasn't working. I asked if i can get a fob off of amazon and have them program it. They told me that I can go on amazon and get one and they would program it for a fee. So i went on amazon and bought a new fob and came a day later and was told that they cant do it because it wasn't purchased in store 🙃 would have been nice if i was told
