I had been looking for a home for about 5 years on my own with this up up and away home market. I met Amber first and then Kim. After a few home showing I got lucky with a home that came back up for sale. Kim and Amber REALLY pull things together FAST. Which was what the seller needed. They had a Team of people, loan agents, home inspectors and more that where able to put the sale together, FAST. (about3 weeks) If they did not have had the knowledge and contacts I would not have my new home.

After 18 months of waiting and stress we were finally able to close on our new build. Thankfully we had Amber and Kim on our side. I don't think the builder wanted us to have an agent and I'm so glad we did! There were many times we had questions and needed honest answers. They also fought hard for us every step of the way. I would definitely use these two for any real estate need, especially if you are buying a new build!!

Kim was absolutely amazing! I would recommend her to anyone trying to buy a home. The housing market right was absolutely insane when I started looking to buy. I truly would have to say that Kim went above and beyond when we were looking at places. We literally drove all around Denver and Kim was completely supportive and determined to find me a place. The place that I ultimately ended up closing on is perfect!

She was also always a phone call or text away whenever I had any questions. The nice thing too, was that Kim was always willing to FaceTime me from a particular place if I wasn't able to leave work to see it.
