I just watch the manager guy firmly refute a Karen that was losing it cause she couldn't return her used battery as new. Then step between a customer arguing with the counter lady and after a moment had them literally hugging it out! They know their business!

Cody was so polite and even was as kind enough to trade me back my old 1985 $10 dollar bill for a new one since I wanted to keep it. He was also very knowledgeable about our cars issues and helped us to get back on the road in NO time!!!!

We were driving through CO for vacation on August 15, when the van starting having trouble getting up hills, and then the engine light turned on. We pulled the codes, and found that 2 spark plugs were bad. It was late Saturday, and nothing would be open until Monday. It looked like a vacation ruined, but the two employees took pity and offered to install them for us! I thank the Lord for O'Reilly's knowledgeable, caring, and vacation-saving employees!

Excellent service. The employee behind the counter, Caleb, knew exactly what we needed to fix our flat tire and even helped fix it. Seriously nice people, go here for your car needs.

Cisco is so helpful. He ordered the part I needed and it was there the next day. He is courteous and very professional at his job.

Yesterday my mom got the keys stuck in our camper. So we tried calling a locksmith but they couldn’t do it. So we decided to go here. We walked in and The assistant manager Fausten ammediately asked if we need help and we told him our situation and he said that he thinks he knows someone who helps he ended up letting us borrow a tool AND gave us the number. We appreciate these kind of people during our travels

Wow! Our truck broke down in the parking lot and the employees were so helpful. They let us borrow tools and even did research to help us find out what the problem may have been. Very great full!

The guy working there sold us some windshield wipers and he helped to install. We each took one and had a race to see who could install theirs first. I'm angry he won. I'm so angry I'm giving 5 stars. I anger easy.

They stayed open 10 extra minutes when my car broke down 80 miles on a 900 mile trip to Phoenix! They saved me from having to tow my car home and miss the whole trip! Autozone told me "oh we're closing in 5 minutes, you should call Oreillys they're closer" Well they were twice as far and gave me ten time the effort! Cannot give enough praise to show how happy I am!

They didn't have what I needed, but (sp?)Hailey "Like the comet" did an excellent job making suggestions I didn't think about. 10/10 would call Hailey back for help.

I was traveling through Trinidad Colorado and my truck needed a jump start that morning. I stopped at O'Reilly, the guys tested my battery and it was bad. They put the new battery in for me and I was on my wsy.

Nice place to use the restroom when I’m making that long drive from Denver to Austin. Also a great place to stretch your legs & walk your dog before continuing on your journey. Really really nice staff & very clean restrooms. They’ve got whatever you need, Ice scrapers, oil, washer fluid, (lol-I just used their restroom). Everyone stops at the Wal-Mart in the connecting parking lot but their bathrooms stink & it’s Wal-Mart. The HUGE parking lot is great though for a nap or overnight. Also a great dispensary in the same lot for those of you entering Colorado 🍁
