This Big 5 Sports is exactly like every other Big 5 Sports I've been to, except that the associates at this one have always been attentive and helpful. Every time. I assume that this one has a good manager.

Everyone was helpful and they had exactly what I needed. Son needed size 13 wrestling shoes and they had 2 brands to pick from.

An excellent place, if you are looking for a place to find any sports equipment, I feel that this place is very well equipped, not to mention that it also has things like fishing,Although if some things are missing, but they are not so important, or rather they replace them with other merchandise that they do have, in short, if you do not find what you are looking for in itself,You can get it with another or buy something the closest thing to it, I recommend that you go to the place, give it a try, you won't regret it.

Had some good deals this weekend. Picked up a Shimano light spinning combo and some weights. Staff is friendly and helpful. Decent selection for a smaller store.

I always get greeted here, and customer service is important to Big 5. Cal was really helpful today. I recommend Big 5 to any outdoors loving folks!

We're about to go on our 1st camping trip and scored some great deals! The staff was very helpful as well! I also applied for the emails and received a 10% off coupon. Not only did I save on the total, it discounted each item that was already on sale too. I'll definitely be back again.

The staff is always friendly. Lots of sports represented, shoes, clothes, billiards, water sports gear, etc. And the prices are very reasonable. They give veteran discounts!

This establishment has great marketing strategy. I frequent this establishment for one day sales of items that I use on a regular basis. This establishment marketing strategy always draws my attention. There are times, I only purchase what I am looking for, Then there are times, I invest in other products while I am on property.

The customer service is amazing! The manager is always attentive to customers, availableto help and ready to help. all he does is help his customers. He isn't busy working on other things in the store. The employees are warm and nice. Customer service is hard to find nowadays especially now during COVID. Everything seems to be self-service leaving it up to the customer to figure things out on their own which is very frustrating and time consuming. It's nice to have that human element here at Big 5, it's like a breath of fresh air. The store is very organized and clean and not very big making shopping very easy. Despite the size of the sore they have a lot of variety of whatever you're looking for. We were looking for water fun things like tubing and hiking gear.

the staff here has always been very helpful. And I believe the manager was working this time, she was very helpful when we enter the door and polite and courteous and professional. There was also another woman working and a gentleman in the back they were both very courteous and helpful. I've come here before looking for good deals on shoes when they have their sidewalk sale and they have pretty good deals compared to other places that I have check prices at. I also made a phone call after visiting the store because I did not see the sidewalk sale going on and that was probably because it was not a weekend. But when I called the person who answered the phone was veryhelpful although they did not have the knowledge of the question that I was asking a very quickly found the manager and had her speak to me over the phone. She was more than helpful and explained all of her answers to my questions clearly and concisely.Big 5 stores in general have been helpful but everytime I have gone to this location they have been very helpful courteous and polite and professional.After answering my questions I plan on going back to the store and making purchases for myself and bringing other people stood in the same deals and selection that this location has. With their deals and the answers from the manager this store has better prices than their competition and that was helpful and a big plus two.

The managers and employees at the store are very helpful. They'll find, typically, what you're looking for. However, for certain items that you see online, you should call ahead to see if they have them in stock.

I usually come here for new shoes, as they have a great selection, and some name brands, and something is usually on a really good sale price.
I've picked up swimwear and snowboard clothing on sale here too.
Worth a stop in if you're hunting for bargains.

I Love Big 5...its the only place I will buy shoes. The staff at this location are great. Always get what I am looking for at the BEST price. You will spend $30-40 more for the exact same pair of shoes at the shoe carnival that is next door so don't waste your time and money, just stop at Big 5 first.

Love this place they got cloths shoes weather your working out or going fishing they got what you need 1 stop. Well not groceries rather anything you need for camping,sports,working out. Knives axes, nice ones too. Also bow nd arrow equipment. Love love love this place. Small friendly knowledgebase employees willing to help. Thanks so very much.

I live in the Belmar neighborhood and I have been ignoring this Big 5 Sporting Goods store for awhile in favor of Dick's. This was a big oversight. Big 5 has an excellent selection of fishing gear, foam rollers and other exercise gear and footwear. This Big 5 store also has much better customer service than Dick's. This store is a gem!
