Jen is an amazing realtor. She is very knowledgable of the market and went above and beyond to not only help us purchase the home we're in, but to sell it years later! When we were initially buying it, it was really important to us to work with a realtor that was local and could be there when homes popped up. When it came time to sell so we could move out of state, Jen really helped us understand the market and was there to answer all of our questions throughout the process. She marketed our property, used an amazing photographer (and drone!), and had a stager come through too - and it all paid off. After 90 showings in 4 days, we were able to go under contract with a great offer. We have her to thank for the seamless process and great communication. We can't recommend Jen enough! <3

Ms. Jen Routon is a Managing Broker with Madison & Company Properties LLC and was included on a transaction with Mr. Jason Ellis. Mr. Ellis represented the buyer on a house I purchased. While he was not my agent, I had a transaction with him and in by association with Ms. Routon.

During the final walk through, Ms. Routon participated without my prior knowledge. When introduced she did not disclose her being a Managing Broker with Madison & Company Properties LLC. Later in the walk through, she finally confessed that her role was different.

The whole transaction on the purchase went poorly and Mr Ellis misrepresented many things in the transaction on top of Ms Routon's misrepresentations. The unethical actions cost me time and money that made the purchase of the home a nightmare when it should have been exciting and fun.

I will avoid any involvement with Madison & Company Properties LLC ever in the future.
