Jeremiah (he had red hair...I think this was his name) provided excellent service. I had an oil change across the street and they informed me that I can get my battery tested for free at O'Reilly's. My battery light had been coming on and Grease Monkey didn't have the battery tester to check it. J helped test my battery and determined that it just needed cleaning, also discovered through the diagnostic that the alternator was going out. After I purchased it, he offered to install it. I really appreciated the support and installation! It would have cost me a lot more on an already expensive auto day.

Ricardo was so helpful and showed me which lightbulb I needed for my taillight. He even changed it for me as a courtesy! Will be coming back for any other auto needs.

Always surprised how quickly I can get in and out of here when I need something for my car. And the staff is friendly and helpful.

David was an Angel in disguise today. I had a flat tire and was in desperate need of a new jack and to borrow a few tools. He didn’t question anything… showed empathy for our situation… AND provided some really helpful and intuitive guidance.

This is one of the best ones out here. They are always helpful and friendly, even when they are crazy busy.

Always profession catering to women who needs auto parts with little knowledge about what exactly a item is called. On several occasions employees have come out and changed a light blub or wiper blade. I really appreciate them and they usually won't take a tip. Bravo O,'Reilys

Stopped in for an air filter and a battery check because I was having starting issues. Trevor was great, we did a quick test outside as well as a full test inside the store and determined I needed a new battery. He replaced it quickly as well as swapped the air filter I bought. Never waited for anything other than the test to complete

Car died unexpectedly tonight, called up the store at 7 pm, Tanisha one of the managers told me to bring in my car and she could help diagnose the startup issue. She replaced the dead battery herself and got me a new one for a discounted price. She went out of her way for great service, and I was so impressed!

Jerry really helped me out when my turn signal bulb went out! He helped me install it and walked me through it so I would know how to do it myself next time. Thanks Jerry! The store was also very organized and I found the bulbs I needed within seconds.

Super friendly staff. Went above and beyond to help me get and set up the battery for my car key fob.

Just had a great experience here. I was expecting rolled eyes coming in with a tesla but an associate named Forrest immediately asked if I could help finding anything and then showed me where everything I needed was. We also had a good convo about electric cars and he might be knowledgeable than me. Forrest is the man.

Bought a battery and was having a really tough time getting it out. Erin took his time to help us in the frigid temps these past few days, and got us back and going on the road. He truly went over and beyond. We need more people like this in the world. Thank you ERIN!

The manager there is awesome Aaron he knows his stuff and he tries to keep crew members that do too together they try hard to get you in and out with the right tool or part I appreciate that with this covid stuff I don't like standing in my the only thing they can do to better their stores have a drive-thru thank you
