The Weekly is a wonderful stay, where the guest and staff almost share a personal familiarity. And neighbors that provide the missing pieces to my monthly stay! Thank you for letting me stay for another week. At $410/Month plus $100 deposit how could I go wrong. Thank you sincerely R.G.Sullivan

I have stayed on and off here for almost two years and the management is the best! I love Maria and Chris. They are the best managers that I have ever seen. I see all these bad reviews and I know it's because the tenants are not doing what they are supposed to do like anywhere else that they stay at which is pay your rent on time and be a courteous tenant. The management works hard to keep this place a nice place to stay and they don't get any thank you for it. If you want a run down drug infested, bug infested, gang shooting motel well you found the wrong place. Go next door. This place is for people that want to feel safe. There are families with children, single woman and single men just trying to work and have a safe and happy life. I have been here for a month now and love it. If you have a problem here, well you have a problem with something your doing and that's why you can't make it not the managements fault. Get it straight. Whoever put on here about bed bugs, there are none ! You must have bed bugs or you are just saying bad things about this motel. Like I said I have been on and off here for two years and they are lies. I wish the management would get more credit.

Currently staying here in room 205 temporarily, just moved to Colorado. The new management is excellent and really helpful. They are doing a super great job of cleaning the place up. The only drawback is that the rooms dont have kitchenettes like advertised. But the new management is great.

Reading these negative comments from people cannot be farther from the truth. I stayed here for a week and as soon as I got here they were very nice to me and helped me out when I needed it. The managers here are very nice and very helpful about stuff if you need it, the night manager Chris even helped me with bus money one day when I was broke so I could get to work. The room was clean, very spacious, had a microwave, and refrigerator, and a comfortable bed. Also I never saw anything with drugs from anybody here, not from the managers or even tenants. So I don't understand all these negative reviews because this place is nice, the people are nice, and the management is willing to help you as much as they can. If you have fell on hard times, in between housing, or just need a getaway for the night, then don't shy away from this place

Great motel very clean the management is more than adequate also very personable.

Room 205 has the most comfortable bed that I've ever experienced I've literally been laying here for days watching NBA.

Also the location is a little more peaceful than other motels in the same local as it's located about a half block from the main road as opposed to directly on the main road like most other places around here.

The cheerful fellow in 209 walked into their unsecured network and made himself an admin. He seems to enjoy changing the name of the network to try to cause problems. It's illegal to do that, maybe someone should tell him It's rather unwise to do that directly from a personal phone.
Nude dwarves mudwrestling and Molly whopping each other up the stairs, ghost riding a stolen fire truck around the building on the ice chasing the dumpster with the couple on unicycles getting it on holding on to the fence. Apparently vomiting for distance is a thing. Lakewood doesn't have enough law enforcement to respond, just cordoned it off and shut down the utilities.

Its better then every other 1 on west colfax. The Mgr. Went out of her way, to make me feel at home and comfortable. I told her that that microwave was smoking n another other thing wasnt working and she got a new microwave n got the other stuff to work, fast. Iwould go back in a heart beat

Great management. They are very helpful and have big hearts. No bugs and any drama is quickly weeded out. The location is close to bus stops and shops. For an affordable place to rent this is the best in the area. Long term friendly and very flexible.

New management made me feel very at home. My week stay was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Not a single issue during the extent of of my stay. 10/10 would stay again

It's amazing. The rooms are nice. Not that much money for rent. The managers are nice. I stayed there for one week and it's amazing. If I need a room again then I will come here!!!

Hi to everyone that has put a/an good commit about us & so sorry about the people write bout us but that is YOUR commit & your feelings. But if you are angry bout us then you DON'T have to be RUDE bout it like writing that WE are doing drugs, stealing ppls personal Items or things. But what really get's me TICKED OFF is when we go bout outta OUR way & try to help out some couple, single, or family WE get " DUMPED ON", especially when you bring someone else's personal life into it. You say "KARMA" comes around????? well it does but ONLY if the other party does it FIRST. WE DON'T throw anybodies personal things away or steal from them. WE are NOT a/an STORAGE UNIT so if u leave our motel w/o any word for 2-5 days, WE ASSUME you already either checked out or gone AWOL. SO Joshua, Tina & their kid(s) DON't need to be posting ANYMORE things about the manager's or the motel here, it isn't OUR FAULT that your room wasn't clean everyday.......the LAKEWOOD POLICE like the way we run things around here & wish that every motel/hotel would do the same. SO in last of saying is " We really would appreciate any & everyone to come spend the night, week, or month with us, the property mgr. & I would like you to at least come by and check us out, thank you.

This place is fair I like this place people are very nice they will work with you on bad situations they accept vouchers and they are clean and is close to stores most but not least is a drug free invironment for children

I dont know the man from Houston but I have been here for the last two weeks or so off and on my wife is handicapped and on oxygen Cathy has been sweet to her and has served big picnic

Great little motel right off Colfax. It's exactly what you should expect to get with what you pay.
