This place is SOLID! The care here is ELITE. I cannot say enough good things about it. The vibe is so positive and welcoming. From the time I scheduled my appt to the time of my visit was 100% a positive experience. Everyone is competent which sounds like something weird to add to a review but trust me the care out there is questionable. Front desk girl was welcoming, friendly and most importantly efficient. Brooke was one of the best nurses I have had in a long time. She was friendly, positive and knowledgeable. Finally Dr. Webb, he's amazing! Very thorough and knowledgeable. Every question I asked was answered with care and professionalism. I came in thinking I had allergies so long story short, I in fact have allergies :-). Thanks Dr. Webb & Brooke for making me feel comfortable and welcomed!

We saw Dr. Webb for an ongoing allergy symptom my 8yr old daughter was having. He was great with my daughter and very knowledgeable. We finally have resolution with her allergies. The staff was great as well.

I recently needed to get allergy tested for an antibiotic and worked with Dr. Webb and his team. They were all awesome. Everyone was so kind and made me feel very comfortable. I especially appreciate how Dr. Webb took the time to make sure he answered any of my questions or concerns.

I finally decided to tackle my allergy and/or asthma symptoms, starting with a visit for possible allergy testing. I really appreciate Dr. Webb's bedside manner and approach to the workup. While I am not a doctor in the human medical fields, I am a veterinarian and know firsthand how important it is to have both excellent respectful bedside manner and a realistic while educated approach to workups. I also greatly respect having a stepwise plan if the issue isnt urgent/critical. All the above occurred during my conversation and exam with Dr. Webb and I am satisfied with how the appointment went. Hoping the treatment plan helps get me some relief, but if not, I feel comfortable knowing I'll be back for the next steps.

This place has it all kind, friendly, staff knowledgeable, Doctors, PAs, you name it. Everybody is so pleasant and helpful and makes you really feel comfortable.

I always feel good when leaving my appts. If I need more meds they’re quick to get it submitted for refills. Dr Webb is a fantastic doctor who does a great job keeping my asthma under control. He listens to my needs. The nursing staff and front desk fast are very friendly. I never feel uncomfortable here. Highly recommended

UCH Urgent Care and UC Health Primary office blew off my daughters breathing issues as anxiety. Asthma and Allergy group found that she had moderate to Severe asthma. Wow. They went the extra mile to figure things out. Amazing specialists

We have been with Dr. Soteres for years for my 8 year old son. He has been wonderful, takes the time to talk to you, makes you feel like you are actually a part of making your health care decisions. I would highly recommend this practice.

Able to make an appointment quickly for a follow-up, able to reorder prescriptions before visit. Staff was great. Visit with PA was thorough yet quick. In and out of office with no delays. Very professional

We've been patients for a couple of years with our oldest daughter, and just recently came in to get allergy testing for our youngest. Dr. Webb and Lynn, were great about explaining everything that was about to happen and really putting my daughter at ease. We specifically enjoy going to the Briargate location due to proximity. Really enjoy Dr. Webb; he's always engaging and social. Easy to talk with, and the kids love interacting with him.

Took my 19 month grandson for testing. The receptionist was very helpful and nice. The nurse, Dr. Webb's assistant was so very kind and understanding - she did the test so fast. They had plenty of toys for him to play with while waiting the results... and Dr. Webb took a lot of time explaining the test and the results. He was very good with my grandson. I would recommend.

They are absolutely wonderful. The first visit I had with them was awesome and so many questions were answered. Upon my second visit, I was on to taking my allergy injections. After the first session I was prescribed everything I needed for my asthma. Every time I go in there, the staff is so nice and attentive. Thanks for helping me and others!

We have been working by with Asthma & Allergy for over a year. They have changed my sons life for the better. He can now play outside, take bike rides, etc. Before coming here, his allergies were keeping him miserable and he always had to stay inside. We love the staff and look forward to our visits!
