Excellent new 7 11 location. Very clean, 12 fuel / petrol pumps ConocoPhillips fuel. Use your 7 11 points card every visit. Free cash in store and fuel from points. Customer service employees are extremely friendly. Beautiful view of Pikes Peak, GofTG and front range!

Clean & well-organized store. The employees I've encountered are all polite. I love 7/11 for the fact that they have stuff no one else seems to ever have (different energy drink flavors, candy for my kids, etc.). I intentionally drive out of my way to visit this specific store instead of the one closest to me.

Keep in mind they can run out of supplies and get shipments on certian days. And they personally can't fix the slurpee machine a work order has to be placed. Complaining wont solve any of this.

Clean Facility, nice caring employees. Hard to find that in a Seven Eleven with people making minimum wages :-)

I'm in here every week because it's just part of my life now. I have never once had a problem. I wouldn't say the place blows me away or anything, but it's just so consistently nice I'm sort of impressed.

Stop n go. It's a small convienece store. You can usually get what you need and get out quickly without waiting in line.

Customer service is out standing. Store is clean well stocked and easy to find prices.

The only plus is it was great to see a 711 that actually lets ppl use the bathroom, but the tall dude with a man bun needs a refresher on what it means to work in customer service. Behind the counter on his phone, he seemed inconvenienced by my asking what a price was on an item (bc last I checked the shelves should have tags, which is a task that could easily be attended to rather than being on your phone), and his demeanor towards customers could use some tweaking. No judgement if you dont enjoy doing the simplest of jobs, but really you could just stay home if you cant muster the effort to act human. 🙄 Thats why I orefer now going across the street instead, where Im greeted and assisted like a person should be, really simple.

I go here almost everyday after work. Was asking a question about the hot foods and the "assistant manager" cuts me off and then tells me he doesn't need the attitude while having a attitude at me for getting upset for him cutting me off. That was in called for and not professional what so ever.

I recently had a family emergency and i had to leave town at 1:45 AM. I thought I would grab some coffee at my local 7-11 that I have been going to for over 10 years. The clerk working that night came outta the back adjusting his clothing and apologizing that there was absolutely no coffee.

I did a doordash order from this 7-11 and I received expired milk and then when I called to ask if I could come in to exchange it the guy on the phone with me was extremely rude and said I had 20mins to come or I wouldn't be allowed because he wouldn't notify the next associate coming in and I said ok well is it possible that I could get a refund or something and he said that I would have to do that through doordash and I said ok and then said that he didn't think the milk was really expired because the milk expires on December 2nd and today was December 2nd and I said I dont know why you need to be so rude and unhelpful and he said if I was going to talk like that he would hang up the phone and I said is there someone else I could speak with that could help me so I could come and get a different milk because I really needed the milk and then hung up on me. One of the rudest interactions I have dealt with and im a front end manager at a big retailer and his attitude could rival the entitled Karen's I deal with.
