I have no problem with this facility. I make an appointment and show up on time. The staff is always courteous.

This is the most professional and cleanest doctor's office I have ever seen. I hurt my leg and needed a referral from them to see an orthopedic office. The staff was patient with me on crutches, I could get on the home scale with one leg. I cannot bear any weight on my other, at all, it's broken. I assumed a doctor's office would know that, and they did. I have the same scale and blood pressure machine at home, which is okay because they all work the same. I may return in the future.

NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT! I was seen here today this morning. After reading reviews on here I was a bit skeptical because of the reviews on this location however, I have NOT encountered any "rude" nor "incompetent" staff whatsoever. I was treated with the ultmost respect and was ensured kindness every step of the way. Will definitely be returning here again! Lakewood Medical, your staff is very genuinely kind and extremely informative about all the questions I had. Thank you so much for all your services!!

He's very straight forward. Doesn't sugar coat things, and will work with you on payments. He really does care about his patients.

Dr. Bui was super friendly and fixed my neck issues, I have never felt better!:)

I changed my last negative review. I respect the hard work they do, while understaffed. I just can't ever get my meds on time! The Safeway pharmacy is at fault. I really like Pat, she is always helpful!!!

For me it’s a 50/50 of like and hate because sometimes they get me back in the room and out pretty quick but there’s also times I wait to go back for 30 minutes and when they final get me back in the room sometimes it takes hours before they come and see me

I am a new patient at this facility. My appointment was today at 9am. When they checked my BP, they told me that it was extremely high and that I needed to get back on my meds ASAP, they told me that they were going to call my BP meds into my pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy around noon and they stated that they did not receive any prescriptions for me as of yet. Here it is now 6pm, I called the pharmacy to see if the BP meds was called in and they said that they still have not received any prescriptions for me.

This facility needs to be investigated....... They definitely have the right one for this.

*Update*. The prescriptions were ordered at 7am the following morning. I am appreciative that they finally sent my prescriptions over to the pharmacy. However, the timing is still unacceptable, due to the urgency of my BP readings being extremely high. Thank God that there were no Medical Emergencies, while waiting for my meds.... You guys need to do better.

This is one of the worst Medical facilities in existence. I am not even going to bother explaining my experience in detail here. However, I will say this..... This facility certainly deserves to be a part of a "CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT", I will definitely be looking into some legal remedies.....

Went here three times to get prescribed medicine for gout. Each time I go to pick up, the location tells me they didn't receive anything. Then both places points fingers at the other not helping solve anything. Haven't had been able to get any meds after 3 visits I had to pay full cash. Shame on me

I have the same scale and blood pressure machine at home, shouldn't a doctor's office have more professional equipment? First and last time going here. Stay away.

This place has been getting worse each time I go. The doctor I see doesn't care and will not answer any questions. He gets annoyed when you do, it's like shut and do what I say. Even when you need help with your mental health he will ignore you. I have tried to be nice again and again to get the help I need. I'm going somewhere else where hopefully a doctor actually cares about your health and mental health and talks to you like your a person and not a payment.
