Using this company, I had a knee replacement surgery in early 2020 (January) that was successful and cost less than half what I would have paid for the same (or lesser in my opinion) services in Colorado, including transportation and accommodation costs for myself and my husband when we traveled to and from Cancun for the surgery. Highly recommend.

I noticed my employer was offering a new benefit during Open Enrollment: hip and knee replacement at a private hospital in Cancun, Mexico, at no cost to me. Reading further, I saw they also supplied expensive medications (in the US) at no cost. I called to understand how the program worked.

They provide two direct round-trip airline tickets on United to Cancun, a two-night stay at a resort hotel in the Hotel Zone with a full meal plan and drinks, nice limo service from the airport to the hotel. They arrange a consult with a doctor in the private hospital and provide three months supply of the prescription (same exact medication my wife gets in the US). Noemi is the NASH liaison who arranges everything, always answers text messages, and generally makes the visit low-stress and enjoyable. The limo service drives us back to the airport.

NASH developed all the forms necessary with my employer, and after I sign them, they submit them to my company's HR contact, to set everything up with my employer. I typically travel on my weekly days off and NASH provides a third, paid day off for return travel. They also provide an American Express gift card!

We just returned from our sixth trip to Cancun! Every trip has been very enjoyable, a nice, relaxing get-away every three months. All the NASH people we have worked with are knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We call these excursions "medical tourism".

I had both knees replaced at two different times and both surgeries went great! I could not have asked for better results!! Literally! Dr. Charle Yang’s North American Specialty Hospital team did an absolutely amazing job and they took some time before my surgery to put my mind at ease by praying for me at my request. I told them I was not worried about a thing, I knew I was in good hands. Since my surgeries, Dr. Yang has sent me questionnaires about my progress and how I am doing from time to time. I will forever be grateful to the NASH Team. I could not have asked for better results. Thank you so much!! It is such a blessing to walk and run, normally and pain free again. This is a wonderful program! This is my second time here. The first time I had a Total Knee Replacement. The second time my husband had a total knee replacement. We both had GREAT experience!!!! NASH is the best program EVER!

I had a total knee replacement and they done a great job. The people was so nice the whole time we was there. I would do it again and I would recommend this for anyone.
