Eliana is the best! She is extremely driven and the most honest lawyer I have known. She was upfront about costs, walked me through the procedure tactfully, meticulously and conscientiously. Other lawyers I consulted with asked for a much higher retainer and were vague on the expectations and steps. Very pleased with the results and clarity of my legal and nerve wracking case.

Where do i start? We hired Eliana 1 ½ years ago and today all her hard work paid off! I saw first hand her professionalism and preparation for this case. It was amazing to me to see she knew exactly where things were said in reports down to a T. Eliana was understanding and easy to communicate with. I never felt confused or unsure. She explained next steps clearly, and walked me through the processes and what to expect. Eliana has been my go-to person for legal counsel for the last 6 years. She's always provided me with the resources and crucial case details and made me feel confident when heading into legal action. I thought I could do it alone but it got very stressful so she took my case in July of 2020. What I liked most about Eliana is that she listens to what's important to me but also acknowledges the valid points of the opposing counsel. She was great at preparing me for "worse case scenarios." Her words in court are precise, professional, and powerful. Having her represent me in court has been a huge relief. My case has been a long journey that's been re-opened a few times and I'm very satisfied with the outcome.

Eliana a sido mi legal consejera por los últimos 6 años. Siempre me a dado los recursos y detalles importantes que me hacen sentir segura de mi misma cuando se trata de cosas legales. Pensé poder hacerlo sola pero fue muy estresante y Eliana se convirtió en mi abogada en Julio del 2020. Eliana le dio importancia a los detalles del caso que significaban más para mi y también me hizo saber de los puntos válidos que podría tener el lado contrario. Do not use her! She is unprofessional she says to text her when she doesn’t answer her phone. No creditable attorney would do that. Fails to actually serve court orders or send a letter saying that she is representing you as your attorney. If you want an actually attorney that is professional and credible go some where else. Run run very far away from her. She condones her client to kidnap children and not give them back to the custodial parent. Even when police officers show up and enforce the law and court order for the child to be returned. Not great legal advice if you ask me.

1- La primera cita telefónica no acudió. Perdí dos horas de trabajo.
2- No contesta una sola pregunta hasta que no le pagues $100.
3- Cobra $300 / hora. Ningún profesional de experiencia lo hace así. Esa es la forma de pago a una persona que trabaje para otra y ya se encargará esa otra persona de controlar su eficiencia.
4- Tienes que pagarle la totalidad por ella estimada por adelantado. Ningún profesional que se respete lo hace así.
