I liked it. The staff was super friendly the food was served fresh and hot. The steaks were cooked the way we asked. The steaks were tender and juicy. The fresh bread was also delicious as well. I got the smoked Mac and cheese which was good and I also got the asparagus. And the loaded baked potato soup and a house Salad I definitely recommend this place and I'll be going back in the future💯🔥

It was our first time eating here. The place was clean, lots of parking, wait staff were excellent! The food was delicious!!! The only negative thing, for me, was the mac n cheese was not as creamy for my taste, a bit too thick. Big kudos to our waitress, Patience! Excellent service!
Had the Pomegranate mojito, crab cakes (you get two), Cajun Steak with side of mac n cheese, and Chicken Orleans.

Since the passing of my mother-in-law last year, we have struggled a little with the holidays. Especially Thanksgiving. As much as I don't like making people work on Thanksgiving, I was also extremely grateful to find this place was open. We made a reservation and showed up early after collecting various family members from around the state. They seated us right away, and took such great care of us that I wanted to write this to say thanks and recommend them.

Our server Romeo was incredibly warm, welcoming, patient, and kind to our family. He took great care of us, and made us feel so welcome that we never felt like he or any of the staff resented working on the holiday. The composed turkey dinner, which all six of us ordered, was an amazing and tasty spin on the traditional Thanksgiving turkey dinner, with generous portions that allowed us to take leftovers home. The desserts were equally impressive in size and taste.

But as great as the food was, it's the service that would bring us back. I will be excited to try their steaks next time, as the turkey dinner was a Thanksgiving-only special.

This restaurant is not only clean, cozy, & conveniently located quiet close to our motel, but the food was absolutely delicious, & all of the staff is super nice. I only had 1 complaint, which was pretty minor in my opinion & an easy fix. Our waiter went above and beyond to fix it, & the manager on shift came over apologized, wanted to make sure we only had that one thing wrong on our order and then he himself went above and beyond to make sure it was corrected, our check was discounted, & desert was on him. We will definitely be coming back for date night very soon.
Overall, on a scale from 1-10 I give this establishment a 100+. I highly recommend trying this restaurant out for any occasion, or just because you're hungry and want amazing food.

LOVE this place. First tried it down in Galveston, TX 2015. Didn’t disappoint almost 10 years later. My family enjoyed it, to say the least.

Besides the tasty beef and relaxed Western atmosphere, it’s the vegetables that won me over! The side of pan-fried green beans, and the sautéed onion-mushroom served with Tenderloin Bites are worth mentioning. Vaquero tacos, and Salmon Caesar were dialed in too.

Stopped in here after eating at a Saltgrass Steakhouse in another part of the country. The food at these establishments is two things, consistent and VERY TASTY. This meal was as flavorful as the other one I ate at a few times. Seasoning on the meat and just everything is spot on. The service was a bit slow at this particular one, but ended up better, maybe under staffed was due to my drink being a refill for a bit and the humble apology from the server led to my understanding. Stop in and give them a shot, 1 3/4 Thumbs up.

I came here for the first time for our family holiday meal and we had a great time. I had the ribeye steak that was delicious! I had some leftovers that I finished as soon as I got home. The service was good and the vibes were on point inside.

This restaurant is superb the food arrived fast and the waiter was wonderful. Would recommend, this as my first time at this restaurant. French fries are awesome. Wonderful location and atmosphere. Will return for more!

We celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary here and had a excellent time. Our server Emily was very friendly and took great care of us. The manager Bo came around to our table and wished us a happy Anniversary and made sure my husband got extra bread which my husband loves Saltgrass's bread!! We were very Happy with out anniversary lunch!! Great food, great staff!!

This was my first time at the Saltgrass. The service from Mike was amazing. He was very attentive, returning to the table multiple times for drinks. The food was amazing. My brother-in-law wanted a special seasoning that you sell. And Mike found it and made sure he got the right one. I was very impressed with his service being in customer service myself. I will gladly return. My only negative was the restaurant was busy and it seemed crowded.

Visiting Colorado, we had a great experience here. Our server Ally was awesome! Super hospitable and did a great job. Food was top notch. We loved the baby back ribs. Great place to take older parents who might be a little overwhelmed with the vast amount of interesting food options in the area. Very kid friendly too. Save room for the cheesecake! Could easily share one piece between 4 people.

We've been coming here for years but we came today for happy hour. Alyssa was AMAZING! Food had some issues when it came out, but they fixed it right away. Was delicious, I hate to say cheap because sometimes means it wasn't very good, but it was great and affordable! The rattlers are excellent!

We enjoyed our Sunday Lunch at this old stake house in Westminster area, very close to the city golf course. The food was finger licking good and the services were also great. The ambience brings back the old school American charm. Definitely recommend this steakhouse and would love to visit again.

Had a wonderful late business lunch today.
Michelle, the server was excellent and very attentive. The food was all prepared very well. The tortilla soup was excellent, I've never had one made this way. Enjoyed the meal and the atmosphere.

I haven't been to a Saltgrass in years! It was just as good as I remembered. The wait was about 20 minutes. Salads came out quick and so did our meals. Food was hot and tasted great. Didn't feel rushed at all.

The wife & I had a 3:00pm reservation but the place was packed so we got seated nearly 15 minutes late. No big deal. Once our server, Allie, came to us everything went like clockwork. The steaks were cooked to absolute perfection and melted in our mouths. Allie stopped by only a couple of times to check on us and to see if we needed anything else. Otherwise she let us eat & enjoy our meals. Maybe the only thing I can say that wasn't quite up to my expectations is that the tea was a little on the weak side. Other than that, I highly recommend this place to any & everyone.
