Pretty sure I died and went to heaven when I ate their Day of the Dead bread. Seriously, it's the best I've ever had. It's like a cloud. But that cloud is edible and makes you feel warm inside.

Even though I'm now an adult, ever since I was in high school when Rosales opened, I've been coming to here to pick out the traditional Mexican baked goods I grew up with. This is the best panaderia in the city. I especially love their pumpkin, apple, and piña empanadas, their conchas, and their puerquitos but they have plenty of other things to choose from. I also think it's important to support one of the original small businesses in a neighborhood that is gentrifying.

I love this place so much. The older lady at the counter is always so nice. I absolutely love the pumpkin roll they make. I constantly crave it.

I stopped in while exploring the Highlands neighborhood for a wonderful surprise of Mexican sweet bread. They had a very good selection of pastries and very well priced.

Love this place! Their conchas are so moist and perfect, donuts melt in your mouth and one of the only places that has empanadas de cajeta and dulce de leche.

Extremely affordable and delicious! The churro was one of the best I’ve had, and the tortada are sizable. All for only $8!

Best panadería in Denver! Panadería Rosales is a big part of North Denver! I’ve been coming here since I was in high school, so 20years! If you haven’t tried it, you need to! The Torta’s are so good, they have ham and carnitas! Plus, the pan dulce (sweet bread) is to die for!! Yummmm!!!

This is a great place to purchase mexican pastries. The attendants are very helpful they get in and out.

Love this place! Churros, tortillas, tamales, tres leches! Plus so many different kinds of desserts. Definitely a must visit. The cheapest, most delicious bakery in Denver.

Reminded me of the old school bakeries in Los Angeles my Daddy used to take me to when I was very little. The ladies were nice and I highly recommend this place!!!

They have an amazing selection of Mexican sweetbreads, the conchas are excellent

The goodies there are stupendous. Well worth the drive fron south Aurora. Eating the cookies as a very late night snack with a huge glass of milk. Yummy.
