Great service and really nice people! Had work done on an AC issue and they did not charge until they were sure the problem was identified. Also, I ordered a tail light cover replacement myself and they were happy to install it. Other places told me no, unless they ordered the replacement. Very pleased with Seyfer!

I had a great experience with Seyfer. I had to get my car towed on a Sunday and Monday morning they called right away. Personable and nice, they got my car fixed that day. I was impressed and relieved. Highly recommend

The Seyfer team are the best! They are always friendly and do a great job. I brought my vehicle in to get the brakes looked at, Justin let me know that the brakes were still under warranty and he would have everything replaced at no charge! I am and will continue to be a loyal customer at Seyfer.

Great service and amazing response times! I have an older model vehicle and it’s hard to find service for it considering many places won’t look at vehicles older than 2011. They were friendly and honest and were more than helpful in keeping my car on the road. You guys rock!

Absolutely great service. The determination to figure out what was going on with my car was extraordinary. They are professional and very knowledgeable. Prices are fair or better…you will not feel like you didn’t get your problem fixed for a great price. Nikki was my service advisor, and she is extremely knowledgeable. She was able to work with her team to quickly diagnose the issues with my vehicle, and then provide fair and transparent pricing for the repairs. They went above and beyond by also giving us honest advice regarding the repairs, rather than just providing a bill with no context. You can tell they really value their customers and are there to provide great service to anyone in need. I will absolutely be returning for any future needs and would highly recommend them as a shop!

I took my 2010 Rav4 to Seyfer because I knew the brake pads were getting low and it was making a new clunking sound over bumps in the road. I forgot to mention when I dropped it off that the car is VERY noisy and creaky. Seyfer did a full inspection and couldn't find the source of the noise, my biggest concern was safety and making sure the suspension was intact. Instead of pushing me into expensive repairs, they were honest and said the suspension looked good. They also told me my brake pads were at about 25% and I could go another 3-5,000 miles if I really wanted to (I chose to have them replaced). Knowing that a repair shop will give you honest advice without pressuring you into repairs you don't need is priceless, I plan to return to Seyfer with future maintenance needs.

I can't recommend this shop enough. They are as professional, quality based, and ethical as it gets. I live 40 minutes away from them and chose to try to take my truck to a closer shop and won't be making that mistake again. I brought my truck from another shop with multiple small issues on top of another shop screwing up on a timing chain, valve cover, and timing solenoid job. I was stressed and sure it all was a nightmare for them but they really cared about doing the job right, saved me money on multiple occasions showing they care more about taking care of you then pumping up numbers, and always answered the phone when I called repeatedly out of stress (i was being a nuisance) with professionalism. I can't recommend them enough and will never go elsewhere!

Took my 4runner in for a wheel balance & alignment in after I was in an accident.
And the team did a great job - super communicative & straightforward with what they found. Scheduling was also super easy.
They even finished the work a hair earlier than expected!
