Shane made the car buying experience very simple and efficient. I came by during the week to look at a specific vehicle and was able to check it out and test drive it within minutes. I came by several days later with my dad who test drove the car as well and we both decided that it was a great deal. About an hour later I was driving away in a vehicle that I love! My dad and I were both very impressed at how quickly we were able to purchase the car compared to previous purchases with other dealerships. Shane is kind and knowledgeable, but not pushy like a typical car salesman. I definitely recommend Gateway Auto, and will look here the next time I'm searching for a vehicle!

I told Shane and I was expecting a bit of a hassle. To great surprise I got a quick response with no hassle and he ordered me a backup camera. The truck itself is a gem. Low miles, better price then the competition, and in excellent condition. I've already put 3,000 miles on it and don't have an ounce of regret. It doesn't look like I'll be in the market for a new vehicle anytime soon, but if I am - I will head to Gateway Auto and see what excellent vehicles they have to offer!

Shane was not only extremely helpful but he went the extra mile to get us an auto loan. We were extrwmely credit challenged. 1 person did not have any credit and other was poor credit. He was friendly, punctual, resourceful and personable. He made the car buying easy. (The front light didn't work and Shane drove the car to the Chevy dealership and purchased the LED light and had it installed and drove it back).....I will not hesitate to go back to Gateway for my next purchase.
