Melody and her team have been helping my whole family buy & sell homes for decades. She's practically part of the family and has always had my family's best interests in mind no matter the situation. She just helped me sell my home in August 2020 and the appraisal came in unexpectedly. She hired her own appraiser to get a 2nd opinion and she covered the cost. She's amazing and I would never even consider using anyone else unless I was buying or selling in another state. Nobody is more knowledgeable or has more experience.

I would give this group 100/5 stars if I could. Where to start with this group. My husband found a Mortgage group (Mountain West Financial Inc.) Belinda B. Sawayer via reddit (where folks do not hold back on their honesty about a business) and she referred us to Mel/Dianne as our realtors.

We were buying out of state and wanted to make sure we were working with the right people. We interviewed about six other realtors but ended up going with Mel/Dianne due to their extensive knowledge of the larger Denver area, professionalism, and general kindness towards us but shark mentality towards getting us our dream home.

My husband and I are first time home-buyers and Mel/Dianne made the process so easy and comfortable. When we visited Denver, the learned about us and what we required in our first home purchase and what was flexible.
