Sarah and Jake did a great job -- they have been very busy so I understand why they might take a few hours to get back to me, but they always get back to me. They walked me through the whole process; My state farm agent was a great help on what to except and how to get a discount on home owners insurance if we upgraded to the better high impact roofing material ( we get A LOT of hail and storms) .

I would recommend them, in fact several of my neighbors are getting their roofs done too.
The Roofers started on time and ended about 4p- we have a lot of roof. Cleaned up the mess well and were very responsive with the whole process.

Not recommended! You get (or won't get) what you pay for! NEVER go with lowest bidder!
Got roof pricing estimate (lower than all other estimates) from Jacob (director of Business Development) which included numerous items that were NEVER installed by his roof crew (drip-edge, flashing, Rain-cap, Ice & Water Shield).
Jacob insisted he would be onsite and supervise the job - but he NEVER showed up!
Roofers started job at 430pm and finished at 8pm. They were in a hurry obviously - due to loss of daylight!
I advised Jacob of the shoddy workmanship and items not installed - and his response was "we installed everything! Why would you say we didn't?" He wasn't even there during the job - yet he claims job was done right - BEFORE he even bothered to come look at the roof! What kind of "Business Development" does he think that is?
One of the goons (Bolton) told me he was an inspector, when I stated I need the roof inspected. I asked him, "why didn't you inspect the roof after the job?" Bolton replies, "The crew said they did the job well"!
Ha, ha, ha! That is Bolton's idea of an inspection - ask the crew if they did their job! What a joke!
Avoid these clowns if you want roof done right! NOT worth the hassle! Poor workmanship! Quoted & try to charge you - for items never installed!
