Trustworthy & Fast- two words that best describe my experience with Accountable Auto! I actually had my car towed from a different shop to get my repairs done by Mark and his team. I’ll always bring my car here first from now on for any repair. Highly recommend!!

Mark and his team did a great job on my son's Jeep Liberty. They were quick to get the Jeep in and very fast and thorough in completing and verifying all requested work. I have not found a better shop in the Broomfield / Westminster area. I had heard great things about Mark's business and can see now why so many folks in the area trust him and his team. Great service! Great explanation of options for repair. I could not afford to complete everything that needed to be done so they worked with me to make sure I could get back on the road and get the other repairs in the future as money allows. Great pricing as well. Customer service (Jake) was also very good at communicating the pricing and time for repair as well. I am very happy with my experience and this will be my go to from now on.

Great at communicating on what is going on with my older gal when it comes to importance or what can be diverted down the road. I use to take my car to dealerships to get fixed or maintained but have always wanted to find a local mechanic shop. I have found my local mechanic to trust! They were able to fix a sensory light that has been on for over 7 years. Previously the dealerships were never able to figure it out and just chalked it up to a faulty wire. Accountable Auto Care solved the problem! Thank you!

I had a great experience with Mark and his team. They are super friendly and they tell you the truth about your vehicle and what is needed and things that don't have to be done. I can’t say enough good things about Accountable Auto Care!! I brought my car to them for a second opinion after taking it to the dealer. The work the car needed was upwards of $12,000. They could have done the work and taken my money but instead they said the car was going to have the same problems in a few years and so they advised trading the car in now. Then when I was car shopping they cleared a bay for me on short notice so I could bring the potential car in for an inspection. They have earned a life long customer!

Amazing service!!! I took my car into a different shop and they were going to charge me $1500 for repairs to my coolant system. I brought it here and they charged my $500 and was done within one day! Amazing customer service and I will absolutely be returning!

Very thorough and patient. Had some big ticket costs but they were able to help us piecemeal along until we could afford the big ticket item. I feel like the team is invested in helping me make the decision without pressuring me into their timeline.

We went to accountable auto care for the first time last week and had a really great experience! Everyone was really kind and friendly. They also have a really great online system where they can show you what kind of work they recommend on your car including pictures. They are also very thorough in their explanations of what is going on with the car. They felt very trustworthy and also affordable. Will definitely be using them for our car maintenance needs from now on!

Prompt service, transparent and fair pricing, and very knowledgeable staff. Hard to find repair shops to trust and Accountable is great to have on my shortlist when I need repairs and don’t want to worry that I’m getting a fast one pulled on me.

Once again, this shop is trustworthy and very helpful regarding honest assessments, such as whether it is worth fixing on my almost 30-year-old commuter. They have honest conversations with fair prices, and they are great at being flexible with your schedule needs while also honoring their staff’s work-life balance by not being open on weekends. Typically this would deter me from a shop, but it hasn't been an issue with the quality of work getting done or the time frames given. It's common for female-identified humans to get royally screwed through bias in the automotive industry. Mark isn't that guy, nor is his shop.

I’ve NEVER been more impressed with a business in my life! I was informed every step of the way! So polite, professional and knowledgeable! I had taken my car elsewhere and was told I’d need work that would cost $3000 turns out I didn’t need that work at all and Accountable Auto Care took the time to pinpoint precisely what my vehicle needed! EVERYTHING cost me $2800 out the door! They gave me a great price on tires as well! I’m a single mom and it means so much to use a business who is true and honest! I love my car and I am so happy with the work completed! I’ll never go anywhere again! Customer for life!

As always, my service was phenomenal at Accountable! With a holiday weekend approaching and sudden car issues they were beyond efficient and welcoming. And can I just say, Sheryl's customer service was impeccable. She took away stress, answered ALL my questions, and showed true empathy. Plus, she made me laugh! There's a shortage of that in the world! I will continue to look to Accountable for my repair needs.

Accountable Auto Care always makes sure it’s fixed right the first time. We only use AAC for all our cars. So happy we checked out everything and some problems that needed to be addressed. Now I’m ready for winter
