Commons Park

One of the prettiest parks downtown. Conveniently located next to Union Station, there are public restrooms here and lots of space for dogs. There is a bike path that runs along the river and they frequently host events here. This is a beautiful well kept park. Great place for a picnic.

This area along the river is a confluence of a couple of parks along the river. It’s nice for running, walking, biking, and sitting.

Excellent community Park great for the family great for friends and outings great for picnics great to have parties and events in this area right next to 25 off of 20th and little Raven. Denver Colorado. Excellent area great atmosphere highly recommended come on down.

Limited free 2 hour street parking on Little Raven Street. We got a spot here and walked around the park all the way to the city lookout point. Cute little inner city park. Lots of dogs here.

Beautiful, huge park with nice view in a city. You can feel the greens and city at the same time. I love here and so do my kids and my husband. Definitely worthy to pay your time.

Gorgeous gorgeous park to relax on a Friday afternoon. This is a heavily trafficked park during the day with plenty of folks walking their doggos, sitting on the hill overlooking west Denver, playing volleyball, etc. Across the bridge is the highlands area with a few fantastic restaurants and cafes. I’d recommend grabbing a bite (Avanti is a good spot!) and chilling at the park to people watch and enjoy the good vibes.

Beautiful place, it's like an oasis in the middle of the city. Great place to play with your dog and an awesome oportunity to let him or her get into the water.
It's remarkable that being so close to the city you can get so in touch with nature if you give this place the right amount of time. This pictures will explain what I'm talking about

Fantastic park that contains the South PlatteRiver Trail which makes for an absolutely fantastic walk around the city with amazing wide and well marked paved paths that allow bikes, scooters, and pedestrians alike. Went after a snow storm a couple days before and a large majority of the paths had the snow cleared. Worth a visit if you’re in downtown.

This area was quiet and nice! Lots of trees and grass - you definitely feel like you’re in a forest!

Beautiful park. Perfect for a walk on lunch break, or whenever! My friend and I had a picnic last visit. Was actually very pleasant.

Very chill park. Great to take dogs that love water. Lots of walk paths that cover several city blocks of park. Has tons of open spaces for playing or lounging around in. You can get up close to the running river. Just becareful when walking through the thickets near the water where we did NOT run into 3 different people shooting up.

Great place to relax, walk your dog, go for a run or just people watch.

Just the right size hill for a little sledding, also a nice area for doggie walks. Today we had so much snow the kids made snow angels.

A beautiful park right downtown by the river. It connects to several other local parks and is easily accessible via the light rail and/or 16th St mall ride.
