Carmel and the Maddox Construction team were a pleasure to work with for our roof replacement after the tornado this past summer in Highlands Ranch. Carmel provided very straightforward feedback/recommendations. She was easy to stay in touch with and very responsive with getting back to us throughout the whole process. The team did an excellent job on the work and clean-up and the finished product looks great. They were extremely helpful in guiding me through the claims process, and were prompt and thorough in performing the work itself. Highly recommend!

We worked with Carmel and the Maddox Construction team to replace our roof after a hail storm left it badly damaged. Carmel was very communicative and detailed throughout the entire process. We live in a townhouse where the roof is shared by 2 other units. It made dealing with the insurance companies more complicated but her expertise made it seem like a breeze. Once we got through the approvals, her team replaced our roof with urgency and it was completed before a snow storm rolled in. They are great and we would recommend working with them to anyone.

We worked with Maddox construction this summer to repair our roof due to multiple leaks. Not only were they punctual, friendly and professional, but Carmel provided detailed feedback and explanations for what needed to be done and how to remedy our issues.

First snowfall of the year this October we had another leak in a new area and the Maddox team was able to come back on short notice and clear up the new issue for a minimal fee. They also went above and beyond by sealing some other areas free of charge to ensure we are free from any further issues.

Can’t recommend Carmel and her team enough. In a business that can be tough to trust most, she does it in a way that puts the customer first and makes you feel at ease each step of the way.

As a property manager for a company in Boulder, I cannot recommend Maddox Construction highly enough! I have interviewed and worked with a number of roofing companies in the area and no one has come close to the level of service, transparency and workmanship that Maddox has to offer. MC installed a flat roof and metal flashing on a 10,000 sq.ft. home in Boulder for our company and the work was done to absolute perfection. The whole team from management to crew was extremely professional, timely, and courteous.

Maddox Construction did a fantastic job. I have to say I was nervous about the entire thing considering we had not even been in our home for a year. Carmel explained it in layman's terms and gave us the step-by-step. I'm a planner so I like to know what is next. The work was exceptional and the communication was timely. My brother and my neighbors also went with Maddox and are also extremely happy that they did.

After the 5/10/23 destructive hailstorm in Aurora we had 3 roofing contractors look at our roof. Two of them were pushy and did no follow up when we weren’t willing to sign a contingency agreement that day. Being new to the process of roof replacement, we needed some guidance. Carmel gave us that guidance. She was here to walk the property with our field adjuster. We contracted with her immediately upon seeing our bid.
Her crew arrived on time, did a fantastic job and when we had a small issue on how some shingles were laying (not Maddox Construction fault) she promptly took care of the issue for us. We don’t forsee a need for construction services but if we do, we will use Maddox Construction. We have referred them several times for roofs.

Maddox Construction was the perfect choice for the roof of our large home. From the very beginning Carmel, the owner, was transparent about costs and any extra work that arose during the course of the project. As anyone knows, the minute you begin tearing off roofs or tearing out walls, there are issues lying beneath that no one can foresee until the underneath is exposed. We know for a fact that Maddox provided us with competitive pricing and was extremely fair about change orders. As homeowners, we are hands-on, and Carmel and her crew chief were there at every step of the way to answer our questions and direct the crew. She was exceedingly easy to reach, to schedule with, and the project was finished on time. The crew was professional and meticulous with clean-up, details that are refreshing and greatly appreciated with any construction tradespeople. We were highly satisfied with Maddox, and with Carmel, and we give them our highest recommendation. We have already referred them to one friend doing a large remodel, and we're happy to recommend them here.

The team at Maddox was professional, prompt and responsive.  They were quick to fit our job in their schedule and went out of their way to accommodate us the whole time.  Working on mountain houses isn't easy, but their work was fantastic and we would wholeheartedly recommend them!
