Always convenient

This place is something else. It’s in the heart of a great neighborhood and they treat the customers like we are an inconvenience by coming in and shopping. I live up the street from the store and the idea of a convenience store to me is not going in and having some extremely rude Asian lady treat me like I’m beneath her when it’s our money keeping you all in business. It’s been countless occasions I’ve dealt with her poor attitude and it’s beyond unacceptable. I go there tonight. Hours showing still open and of course I get there and they are closed. They don’t even operate on the hours they advertise. How the community of Edgewater tolerates this is beyond me. Learn some manners and maybe take a class in customer service. Or just hire a whole new staff.

Awful customer service. The Asian lady in there has no personality and seems to hate life in general

Stopped in for a cup of coffee. I only had bills on me, no change. The clerk got an attitude about me not having .04 cents. I will never spend any money in there again because she had an attitude about .04 cents. Think about how much money you will lose over that .04 cent attitude.

They refuse to give cash back. Also there’s sh1te coffee options.
