Avila Nick

Nick Avila is a very nice man! He (fortunately, for the obvious) didn't actually represent me, but only because it wasn't necessary, he listened to the issue I was having with my landlord and after getting all the information together he advised my course of action. I can finally move on with my life. He was able to take a huge weight off me with just one phone call. I didn't pay him. I don't even know if he knows my name, but he actually told me if I had more questions to call him back! Its getting to be more and more rare to find someone with ginuwine concern for other people, especially for someone they've never met, and I was pleasantly surprised today to find that there are still exceptions.

1st time Mr. Avila answered & asked me to call back in 2 hours i was approx. 8 min late calling cause i was trying to find a cremation place etc... Told him i was sorry he said he had another client with him & asked if maybe we could all meet on Saturday around 10 ok thats great my older sister will be happy to know we can go on a Saturday. When Saturday rolled around i was getting dressed it was 9 a.m. my phone rings it's Mr. Avila's son, telling me he was sick & he had Covid & if i could call back in about a week from then he should feel a lot better. i had a feeling that that was going to happen after the phone calls. Needless to say we still havent met up.

Rude, calling him at 8pm because I had an emergency and I need it legal assistance because He didn't answer earlier, his answer Why are you calling me so late? Are you dying? Or at the hospital? By the way if you don't want people calling you, just take off your phone number out the message. Very unprofessional!!

muy mala experiencia!!, el abogado nunca esta presente, ni lo conocimos, cometieron varios errores al llenar las formas, y cuando les pediamos datos sobre el caso,si los proveian, era de mala gana; el abogado ni se presento el dia de la cita. No lo recomendamos!!!!!
