One trip, and I am sold. Great experience, great food. First, let's talk about service. They are obviously a cohesive team and seek overall customer experience rather than any individual motives. It is counter service, but it felt like perfect dine-in service at the same time. If it is your first time, you get free garlic knots. They are HUGE, so maybe consider that into your first order. Wife got the salad and pasta of the day (ravioli with cheese and red sauce). Both were on point. I got the fettuccine alfredo. The sauce was unique, yet classic tasting, and I look forward to my knots and leftover portion tomorrow. As I sat in front of the huge chalkboard while eating, I already have picked my next FOUR things on future visits. Pizza, the Italian grilled cheese, the sausage and pepper sandwich, and the pizza fries. Although they didn't have any background music on, I felt that actually added to the family atmosphere. This will be a new regular stop for me, and I am a fan now. Definitely recommend and see you there.

This place was amazing, first off you can feel the family vibe as soon as you step in the door which I really like. The options for food are vast and everything we ordered was perfect. The meatballs are giant and taste just like the ones my mom would make.

The indoor seating is limited but they did have a large sheltered tent outside with a bunch of tables and chairs, might be for events only though.

Overall this was a great experience and I will repeat when I’m back in Denver

How am I only now finding out about this place.
Absolutely enjoyed coming in here today, enjoyed lunch and left with more pastries than I probably needed.
Wonderful service, wonderful family and I will definitely bring my kiddos back to enjoy some dessert.

I've been wanting to eat here for years! Finally got my chance the lasagna was ahhhhmazing, and HUGE!! I could only eat 1/8 of it. Since we were first time customers we got free garlic knots and let me tell you......delicious!! The desserts are outta this world!

I loved almost everything about this spot. I definitely loved the food and the staff. I don't think I'll want to eat outside when I visiti in teh winter though. The food was just so good and there was something for everyone. I ate there with my brother and his family, my daughter and a friend. I love the food and my brothers family loved the desserts. they loved the food as well but the desserts were definitely the stand out for them. My daughter is very pregnant and has an equal amount of cravings to aversions but she loves all of this. The garlic knots were crack, as were the chicken parm and lasagna. Looking forward to visitng again when I'm back in town in November and February!

This is my go to spot for when I get a sweet tooth 😬. They have the best desserts. My two favorites are the chocolate covered cannoli with vanilla cream which comes with chocolate chips spread throughout. When I get the chocolate cannoli I have to get a Napoleon to balance it out...It's how i justify it anyways. 🤣All joking aside great restaurant and even better people and family working there. Always a great interaction.

You really need to make this trip. You won't regret it. The menu has something for everyone and as a supporter of local businesses this one is a must see. Vickie and her family ran business have the spirit of Colorado Italian style. Gotta show them some love. Tell them its your first time and get on those free garlic knots!

We stopped in to get some goodies for Valentine's Day and they did not disappoint!! The strawberry shortcake was delicious and was a big enough piece for 3 of us to share it.

These Italian birds know what’s up!!! Absolutely go with the home made noodles- spaghetti style or ribbon style! And the lasagna! Don’t pass it up- after all it was featured in DDD… you won’t leave hungry - but don’t worry they pack up those amazing desserts to go!!! It’s palisade peach season here in the Rockies- so of course I had to try the peach cake! Definitely worth a trip- and it’s a family owned , small local business!

Best homemade baked goods in Italian food you'll find anywhere. Try the pumpkin cake, it's outstanding.

Great for takeaway place or you can eat outside in their tent.

Everything is homemade from Pizza, world famous Lasagna to phenomenal baked goods.

There is a caring in-house feel by the original owners who are still there running the place.

This establishment has been on "Diners Drive-Ins and Dives" and is not to be missed in Wheat Ridge.

This is the place to get your pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving don't miss out.

The definition of a family joint. Family photos line the walls, there’s a back room with a play pen for grandkids - it’s awesome. Super casual and very delicious food with huge portion sizes. Not to mention the baked goods! So beautiful and clearly made with love. Definitely come here, it’s a true example of a family restaurant! So lucky to have some of these kinds of places still around!

The lasagna was so good that I actually cried a little while eating.

Also, free garlic knots your first visit. They are a lot, so bring someone else. It's worth it. Can't even move. Will be back for dessert another day

Wow. I can’t believe as a native I’ve never once visited this incredibly unique Italian kitchen and pastry shop. The Sicilian pizza was great, the cannolis are what they should be and excellent, the lasagna was OMG best in town and I’m devouring the gigantic cream puff as we speak (please forgive the photo of it in the box). I cannot wait to become a regular and bring my Long Island based family by along with my mother who grew up in Farmingdale!!

My only curiosity was why the garlic rolls are called “Knots” since they’re not actually what one would consider a tied knot as an example in the photo. But I’m sure that’s an annoying comment. Regardless - I ate them entirely and enjoyed just the same, just wasn’t what I expected as a “garlic knot” and more about the portions to save some overhead/less dough.

This place is amazing! Great food! Made with, ummm, what's that stuff called? Oh yeah, love! It definitely has a fitting name. Home cooking at its finest! Try the Bada Bing Burger. You won't regret it! Friendliest people around from the counter to the kitchen! I promise the dessert display case will get you every time. Chocolate cake, that's all I need to say...🤤

Awesome place, good prices and huge portions. The bakery stuff was very good too. The place is a bit small so you may not have a table when you get in during their busy hours. The pizza is 6 bucks a slice and it's literally the size of a grown man's head. They gave us free garlic bread for our first time coming in. I definitely recommend checking this place out and maybe taking some folks that are visiting town for a cheap and convenient meal. No a lot of parking tho.

The best Italian I’ve had. First, let me start off by saying how friendly the staff is. As soon as you walk in, you’re welcomed with a happy smile and it just makes you feel like you’re at home with family. It doesn’t make you feel like you’re just a customer. Had the steak and peppers sandwich with potato salad. Also had the rigatoni and if you’re a first time customer you get the garlic knots for free. Don’t get me started on all the delicious desserts they have. Ended up taking home some French macaroons, the worlds biggest and best chocolate cake and the pitzelles were delicious. Definitely a great place and can’t wait to go back!
