I love going here. They take care of me, take care of my concerns. They been helpful every since I been going here. Dr Graff is amazing along with the rest of the staff.

DO Kramer and his team are absolutely amazing. I recommend him to family and friends all the time. All of the doctors here are great as they work as a team.

Really great patient care. Holistic care, and Nurses really care about you and what you need. All Staff treat patients with respect and care.

This is an excellent provider location. From the appointment setting, to the front desk, to the nurses and to the drs - they are all extremely friendly and caring. They are all great listeners and display great interest and compassion in your care. I highly recommend all of them!!

They have taken good care of me. There were some billing confusions at the outset, but I feel very lucky to have them on my side. Dr. Vivian and Dr. Gilens are excellent.

I had my first PCP appointment today with Dr. Gilens. To say him and the entire staff were amazing is an understatement! They went above and beyond in every aspect. They seemed to really care and listen to what I had to say and were very thorough in discussing options for treatment and making sure I understood everything. Kudos to the staff at this facility. I'm so happy that I finally found a good fit for a PCP for myself. 😃

The UC Family Medicine Clinic on Church Ranch Road is a great place to go for general medical care and Ray Howe MD is one the best Primary Care physicians I have ever encountered. Age 78

Dr. Kramer has been a phenomenal PCP. Could not be more grateful for his care for our daughter and family.

This is one of the best facilities I have ever gone to. The entire staff is caring, courteous, kind, efficient and really know the medical profession. I have never had a bad experience with them. They should be held up as the Gold Standard in medical care!

Without a doubt, the best staff and nurses I have ever in my 70+ years worked with. They listen. They never make you feel rushed. They know medicine and how medicine should be practiced. Dr. Dewey, our PCP, is without a doubt the best. Period. I cannot say enough about them. No, this is not a paid advertisement! UCHealth Westminster is beyond reproach and seldom equaled in quality.

Dr. Jiang is the kindest and smartest doctor I have ever encountered. She actually takes the time to listen and make sure I understand my diagnosis and treatment. Her staff is as kind and professional as she is.

Dr. E. Seth Kramer DO MPH always explains everything and listens to me. He spends the time to make sure I understand. I would recommend him as a primary doctor as he is thoughtful and cares about his patients.

This facility is excellent. From the moment you walk in the door, you are treated with care and attention. It is obvious that the staff and doctors really care about you. Office staff go out of their way to help you, and will do whatever they can when you have special requests outside of the typical services and general procedures provided. The waiting room is also very pleasant and includes a very informative video screen with all kinds of great information for patients. I've been in many health clinics in my 75 years, this clinic is at the top of my "best" list. Highly recommend.

I continue to be impressed with the Administrative staff and Healthcare professionals at this facility. They are always friendly and show personal concern for whatever reason I have had when I went there. Melissa, at the check in area has always been very pleasant and personable. I have to mention that the other workers at the check in area are as well! I have a lot of confidence in ALL the Health Care professionals. In a word - they are GREAT! If a person is eligible to go there, but hasn't been treated there - DO IT!!!!!!!!!

Dr Perrault is excellent. She really listened to me, and tailored a plan to help with my diabetes. She continues to adjust that plan as my needs change. I feel she is really concerned with finding answers that work for me.

Dr Dewey is very good at his profession as I have no complains. The staff is very nice. I always review my notes and summary notes after each visit and they seem accurate.

In a busy world, UC Health and their team of medical professionals take the time to listen….really listen. You don’t get quick answers or fixed such as “take a pill.” They look at all options.

UCHealth Family Medicine Westminster has been our family clinic for almost 10 years. We have had different doctors but they have always been professional, courteous, respectful and experienced. When we have needed an urgent appointment, they always have been able to fit us in quickly. Our health care providers for life are at UCHealth Family Medicine Westminster.

Dr Dewey is understanding and comfortable to talk to. Very informative and helpful. I have only come in to the location to see him twice. However I feel that he is very trustworthy and safe to work with. Dr. Dewey does not pressure you in to anything and has solutions for both sides if need be. Staff is fun and friendly and establishment is clean and professional. I will recommend this establishment and it’s staff especially dr. Dewey. Thank You for all your great help and work.

Not a fan of the virtual visits. With that being said, this staff did amazing and were very thorough. The technical side went smooth and the collaborative effort to find a root cause and treatment left me feeling valued and confident. Onward to recovery, all thanks to Dr. Graff and the team at this location.
